Oliver (left) has finished his training and joins the whole gang in the pasture - ready for a new day.
Target training and hand-rubbing is done to help make any needed vet care as stress-free as possible for the giraffes. Allie also checks Kimba's teeth and gums during the training, too.
Kimba is always ready to enter the tamer. He Loves his training sessions! Notice he uses the lower head-entry since he is much smaller than Bakari at almost 17 ft.
Allie rotates the giraffes for training. Kimba is next and little Oliver is on deck.
Bakari has returned to the barn rather than wait outside for the rest of the boys today. It takes a little extra encouragement from Allie to get him to follow Tucker. When Kimba hears the door rolling shut, he knows he is up next.
