Skip was the sweetest kitty! We hope he has a fast recovery!🩷

🐾 Skip’s Latest Update! 🐾

We picked Skip up from the vet today, and we’re thrilled to share that he’s doing GREAT! 🎉 He’s eating well, full of energy, and settling into foster care with us until he’s transferred to another rescue this weekend. 🐈‍⬛

A huge thank you to Dr. Collins, vet assistant Tabitha, and the entire team at Halifax County Veterinary Center for their incredible care and compassion. 💙 Skip’s healing journey has officially begun, and we’re so excited for what’s ahead for this brave boy.

Skip has essentially been living as a tripod for the past few years, so this transition isn’t a big change for him. The best part? He’s now on the path to living pain-free! 🥰 We hope his furever home is just around the corner.

Thank you again to everyone who supported Skip along the way – your kindness made all of this possible. 💕 Let’s all send Skip love as he takes his next steps toward a bright, happy future!

These creepy crawlers are ear mites! One thing to look out for with these crawlers is discharge in your pet's ears that look like coffee grounds. They are highly contagious and spread through direct contact causing irritation and discomfort in the ears, often leading to scratching and head shaking.

In honor of Veterinary Technician Week we decided to interview Tiffany so you can get to know her on a personal level! Of course it had to be Halloween questions!🎃

Lame bull

Watch how this bull tries to put all his weight on the inside claw of his left rear leg. This tells us we need to pick up the foot and see what is going on! The outside claw is the most likely to have a problem on the back leg and the inside claw is most commonly the issue on a front leg.
