*** This pupdate truly touched my heart. This right here is why we do what we do. The joy that these babies bring to the families they are placed with is heartwarming.
Christine,
I wanted to write you to update you on Max, the puppy I bought from you who had recovered from a broken leg. We did not change his name although my husband calls him ‘King Mac’ most of the time as he is coming or going as a greeting. Max is living his best life. He has traveled with us many times and is always ready to go on the next adventure. He started obedience training shortly after he came home but training was cut short due to the trainer’s illness and eventual death. I had worked with this trainer for 10 years so I continued Max’s training. He goes everywhere with me as an emotional support dog. He absolutely stops traffic.
He loves everyone people and dogs alike. He is also gentle and kind. The groomers charge a premium price for Cocker spaniels in our area because of bad behavior. Max will let the groomers do anything to him with no complaint or resistance.
I can’t begin to explain the joy Max has brought to our lives. I’m going to try to attach some pictures.
I would love to get another puppy one day but my husband has not agreed, yet.
Sissy
