Tonight when the game is over, the chairs need to go back against the wall next to the fridge. The tables need to be rolled to the back where they stay. Regardless of whether Bob tells you don’t worry about it – I would like them put back up so I don’t have to do it. Thank you – Shinia

Upcoming events we need help with.

1.) We will start cooking for Scout Pack 302 & 320 on Thursday morning, Sept 28th. We will be cooking for about 200 people. We will slice and chop on Friday morning. Their event is called the Equestrian Campout they will serve about 5:00pm on Saturday.

2.) Friday afternoon, we will set up at the park for the Gumbo Cookoff.

3.) Saturday early in the morning we will start with the Gumbo Cookoff and this will last all day. We need help in lots of areas all day long so anyone available should just come out and I will let you know. We specifically need some people to cook rice.

4.) Sunday will be cleanup after church.

5.) Wednesday Oct. 4th we need help setting up the large canopy (maybe both) at the chili cookoff.

6.) Early Saturday morning at Western Days we need help setting up inflatables which can be picked up at 8:00am. They need to be up by 10:00am. This is a fund raiser for the park.

7.) Saturday afternoon we will need to clean up.

8.) On Thanksgiving Day the Turkey Trot will need volunteers.

9.) Day in the Park is scheduled for April 7th.
