Today, we celebrate World Spay Day.

World Spay Day is an annual observance dedicated to promoting the spaying and neutering of pets as a humane and effective way to reduce pet overpopulation. This global event raises awareness about the importance of responsible pet ownership and encourages pet owners to take action. It emphasizes the benefits of spaying and neutering, which include improved pet health, reduced animal suffering, and reduce the number of stray animals.

At Pet Pride, we are huge supporters of this day and the importance of spaying/neutering your pets. It is our policy that every feline that we adopt to new families have had spay/neuter procedures prior to heading to their new homes.

Because of this important initiative, we hope that you will consider making a donation to Pet Pride or other animal shelters, rescue groups, or organizations dedicated to animal welfare.
