$50 No show Fee

Moving forward all new and existing clients need to have a CC on file to be charged $50 if you do not show up for your appointment. We had a 2 pet household not show up today causing us to not earn income for our families. The fee only covers part of the grooming fee. So 2 appointment were suppose to earn us around $200 and now it’s $0 because we had no CC on file and no way of filling a spot that doesn’t show up. Please be courteous and give us 48 hours notice letting us know you can’t make it so we can fill with someone else.
