Welcome to Breed A Doodle
We began our journey here on the farm 20 years ago. From the very start we always had pets. When our children were born we decided to homeschool them and offer them a world of science. We both have science degrees and it only seems natural. We began raising, miniature goats, horses, geese and chickens, involving the children in every step. Our chickens all have names, are tame and free range.
We started studying animal husbandry and letting the children choose which breeds of chickens they wanted to cross breed. It was amazing watching them learn and seeing the beautiful chickens and the colorful eggs that resulted.
We have always had pet dogs in our home, shepherds, labs,
pomchi and most recently a couple of standard poodles, Piper and Connie. They are such a joy to be with, smart, easy to train, always smells good and never sheds.
