“Ember” is a 4 year old 16.1 dark bay mare that is unraced due to being WAY WAY to slow and physically immature as a 2 year old . For those of you who want a “push” ride, and a leisurely ride that is still athletic and down to do anything, ember is for you. No vices, go with the flow type of demeanor, with a sweet puppy dog personality. She gets along with everyone and doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. Bombs can go off….and she will remain in place with all 4 feet on the ground. She has trail ridden and is fine with it without company. She has W/T/C and has both her leads, she is just green and needs more rides, she is RRP eligible with her very dismal workouts she had last year, and her limited rides she has had since coming off the track.

She is immature in her body, her bloodlines have the “slow growers” in it and therefore needs someone who isn’t going to take advantage of her willing demeanor and pound her into the ground. She has 0 limitations, but is still growing, and she is a big big bodied mare. She is not competitive and does not care if others pass her in an arena, she is what we call a “well bred dud of a racehorse” 😂

Ember has had beginners on her, as well as advanced riders. She is a green bean, but trainable and safe for all with no buck, rear or bolt. Same horse whether you take her out of the field after 6 months and hop on ba****ck, or have her in work. She has been popped over a fence or two, she is very willing and kind to jump, but clueless on what to do. Not the type to refuse, but the type to “wing it” until she’s told she did it right.

Ember would LOVE to have a person of her own who will spoil and love her. I have known and worked with this horse for going on almost a year and will stand by her soundness and mind. She’s the type you teach with love and reward, not aggression and punishment. She’s has a big heart and is a big lover. She’s shuts down and checks out and freezes when handled with an aggressive and harsh hand. Legitimately just freezes in place. She would be a simple restart for an ammy even with her age. Some necessary changes and policies are starting immediately regarding horse care and consignment:

-Any horse sent to TNA stables to be sold for an owner, or a client for a profit, will have a day rate of $35 per day for care of horse. This is the rate that covers the daily maintenance and care of the horse. THIS DAY RATE IS SEPERATE FROM THE COMMISSION PAID WHEN THE HORSE SELLS, which is 12% of sale price. The commission covers the listing, advertising,

-Any horse coming to TNA stables for layup/basic board is $25-$35 a day. (Depending on reason for layup IE surgical care/extra maintenance required reason) This DOES NOT include any vet equipment/vet care required by a vet, supplements, or farrier care. It DOES include basic care and ensuring your horse is happy and healthy as an injuries/issues addressed appropriately.

-rehabilitation/training/conditioning board is $40-$45 a day. That includes riding, care, stall, supplements conditioning ect. Vet care required by a vet, farrier care, are not included.

- Any horse sent on a commission sale will need to have dayrate satisfied prior to being paid for sale of horse. If the board is not satisfied IT WILL be taken out of price of horse, along with the commission. This is not negotiable anymore. Anything staying longer than 31 days will need pay the day rate by day 40 or a late fee of $2.50 per day missed will be added.

- If you do not wish to be paid electronically for the sale of your horse, and request a personal check via snail mail, IT CAN take UP TO 30 days to receive your check. Electronic is fast, and cheap, and the preferred method of payments to get you your money faster.

-If you do not DISCLOSE injuries prior to sending horse to me to sell, so I can full disclosure it to potential buyers, and that horse requires medical care, farrier care, and is in no condition to be sold, your day rate will become a rehabilitation rate board and the horse will not be sold until the injuries are handled accordingly. You will absolutely have the option to take the horse back. If the bill is not paid within 30 days, and the horse is not picked up, or vet care/farrier care is addressed and given, the horse will become property of TNA Stables. We do not take abandonment lightly, and will no longer be funding or fronting the care of horses who are being dumped by people. We can and will find homes for horses who need it regardless of “conditions” they may or may not have, but if you as the owner, do not wish to properly supply the knowledge of injuries, or the funds to assist in caring for the horse for the best interest of the horse, we will gladly take over horse ownership with a bill of sale, and address the issues it may have on our dime.

- Mare care for breeding/foaling out is $40-$45 a day. There will be no extra day rate costs aside from your vet bills. Feet Trims are included, if horse requires shoes, that will be an extra cost.

- Day rate for mares coming to breed to Ali or Lord of Greatness is $30 a day.

-If trailering is required for anything, or you need shipping, payment is due at time of service. No exceptions. I have 3 people that are non payers for shipping so far, that is unacceptable.

2024 was the year of lessons learned. Many people took my kind heart and drive to “do right” for granted and myself and my family were taken advantage of and made to look like fools in situations that should not have happened. We lost a substantial amount of money due to owners not wanting or able to afford their horses and placing that burden on our family to do it. Horses cost a lot of money, and the care of horses take a lot of work. Prices are going up everywhere. If you don’t or can’t pay for the care of your horses that you proudly claim ownership of, or you nickle and dime the barn that is trying to take care of your horses, please communicate appropriately so something can be figured out so that ownership of your horses are not taken for non payment.

The horse world needs to come together to be successful because it is as it stands, falling apart.

This is the goofiest, most outgoing, social little butterfly, and adventurous gelding. He is the perfect combination of the things you love about a mare, and gelding in one horse.

He gets down to business and is athletic and focused like a mare, but the “my name is Jeff” tik tok should have his face on it….he is the first to greet you in the field, likes to sink his head in your chest and be spoiled rotten.

He has had a very successful 2 years of racing with no breaks, so with that his body is going through adjustments on how to move in different ways, he is very balanced and a GORGEOUS mover.

He likes a job, he isn’t spooky, and he has no vices at all. He is an absolute doll, and I love this horse, yes he is super super c h e a p but that does NOT mean he isn’t worth more, I just have to many going into foaling season right now!

Soup-dog seeks new crib

His name is actually souper energizer, but he goes by soup dog on the streets. While he is very plain bay, that is the only thing plain about him. He is a respectful 16h but takes up leg.

He is 8 years young, and has been racing successfully for the last 6 years in turf races, his wonderful connections would love him to find a career off the track where he can really blossom into his personality and really have fun.

Soup dog is trainable, fun to ride, and overall going to make someone one heck of a partner. His personality is one that will NEVER leave you guessing how he feel, or what he is thinking, while he is and can be very mischievous, he surprisingly has a ton of self preservation and manages to entertain himself (and others) without getting into trouble. He is incredibly confident yet humble at the same time. The type of horse that is very in tune to his surroundings and people.

Soup dogs connections asked me to find him a crib by Christmas/end of year. That’s was their Christmas wish because this boy is very very special to them. He’s been very well cared for, has amazing manners, and I can see him being successful in a multitude of different careers with his demeanor and build. He is a naturally thick boy, and an easy keeper. He loves being outside in pasture, compared to a stall (after 6 years who wouldn’t) but he is very very well behaved (and clean!) in a stall if that is so desired (especially in rain - he isn’t a big fan of that yet).

He is “top” dog in the field, but in an odd way because he isn’t aggressive, or mean, or a bully at all. Shares all his food/hay/an adventures. Doesn’t care if he’s alone or with a group. He has absolutely no enemies anywhere he goes. I am seriously convinced he’s both the mom and grandpa of the farm at this point.

Under saddle he is a golden child, with the very limited rides he’s has since being here, he can go on a bit with minimal effort, and understands leg and has the knowledge that most younger race horses don’t come with I would be confident with saying a junior with a knowledgeable trainer would really enjoy him. I didn’t think that at first, but as he has settled and I’ve gotten to know him….wow…he’s special.

This mare is retiring sound from EXCELLENT connections that takes very good care of his horses. Grace is reported to be an absolute outstanding citizen on and off the track. She has been here for the past 2-3 weeks and has been nothing but an absolute gem. She is in a mixed herd and is somewhere in the middle. She honestly gets along with everyone.

She is as dark of a bay as you can get and has gorgeous dapples. This mare is a SUPER easy keeper and absolutely no drama with anything and asked of her. She is a gorgeous mover, and a has a beautiful floaty trot and canter. Naturally balanced and incredibly sure footed. Ready to go in any direction and has clean legs!

Thistle (Loki) is a 5 year old 16.2/16.3h gelding by Arrogate out of a quality road mare. As if his pedigree doesn’t say enough for this magnificent horse, his demeanor and personality is exactly like the 2 Kelce brothers combined (the football players) He’s insanely athletic, he’s a team player, he strives for perfection, but is humble, hysterical and a cuddle love mush all in the same horse. He will play with you in the field like a dog, come to you when called, never turns down a mint, or a pat. He is absolutely friendly with everyone and is not biased even in the slightest. Absolutely holds a grudge if you try to pet anyone else other than him first in the field.

I’ve struggled with listing this one, but ultimately we aren’t going to race him, and he is way to fantastic of a horse to sit around and do occasional joy rides when I feel like riding something. I have plenty of those. He has naturally balanced gaits, easy leads, consistent mover. He is absolutely not for a beginner rider or a first time thoroughbred owner. He is very well behaved, but if you haven’t restarted thoroughbreds before, don’t get this one, he will out smart you. He is respectful and listens and is well behaved, but again, athletic.

He has absolutely 0 vices. Maybe slightly still immature sometimes, but he knows he’s royalty. He loads, clips, goes out in a herd, or by himself. He isn’t buddy sour at all. He’s fine with mares, he was out with 2 colts and kept them entertained enough everyone always got along. He is absolutely not spooky at all. Quite confident with himself.

Malibu slew - 3 (almost 4) year old gelding

This absolute stunner of a gelding is about as steady eddy as steady eddy gets. I could see him doing hunters, or just someone’s trail/fun horse. He is brave enough for anything, but putting along is his favorite activity.

Maui needed some downtime coming off the track as he was pretty body tight/stiff. He had found a wonderful home, but having a newborn and a horse was hard so he is back and looking for his new person again!

No vices, falls asleep in the cross ties, is currently barefoot, he does have classic thoroughbred feet, we have been working on them. He is very low drama, except during feeding time….then he is ALL the drama. (That Malibu moon) he isn’t mean to people AT ALL just other horses - he makes sure to let them all know that is HIS FOOD.

Attached is a picture of what he looks like in condition and work…..even then….he is slow and lazy 😂

I took this beautiful hunk off the market for a week for his owner to think about running or moving on from him, he is officially back on the 🏠 hunting mission.

This boy is VERY hard not to love. His brother from another we currently have racing and when I say they give it their all, I mean they give it their all. This horse needs a sport home, and LOVES to be worked, or have his brain entertained. He is a young guy, but incredibly smart, super super eager to please, and honestly just downright fun to work with and have in my barn. His track trainer absolutely loves him, his owner loves him, and his future is incredibly important to everyone involved.

He is 15.1h - by frosted - insanely athletic and quick on his feet, he is brave to a fault, with maturity and a trainer experienced with this type of athleticism, he is going to be something big. No vices at all, NOT ammy friendly, needs to be told his boundaries but is very very respectful with boundaries once he knows them. Not dangerous or wild, just a toddler. Stands, ties, loads, clips, all of the good boy things. Incredibly clean in his stall, like A+ award goes to this kid for clean stall. Knows he’s pretty…you’ll never take away that confidence from him.

You know those horses that have personalities, and then those horses that ARE a personality? Well this little man is the later and is a whole vibe.

“Frosted cupp” is a 3 year old gelding by frosted out of a medaglia d’oro mare and stands a hair above 15.1h and is a thick boy! I do believe he is not done growing, as in my experience the frosted offspring stay shorter in stature, but mature generally around 15.3ish. RRP eligible. He has the talent to be an absolutely outstanding racehorse, but is far to opinionated on the factors that go into racing to make it worth continuing to race him 😂 he is absolutely not available to race homes. Please don’t even ask.

I’ve been watching this guy for a few months on the track and he just has a “pretty boy” presence about him. The confident and cocky “everyone look at me, I’m picture perfect” type of personality. Walks around the track and farm like he knows everyone is looking at him, and takes offense when he isn’t the center of attention. The problem is, he fakes his confidence sometimes and he is actually quite “looky” at things right now. He isn’t explosive spooky, but he does have cat like reflexes. I have a hysterical video of him jumping out of his skin due to a little branch that booped his booty😂 he is a baby, I feel this will subside, he has a VERY willing and kind personality and is just very immature. “Has talent - needs direction”

He is ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR A BEGINNER OR AMATEUR OR ANYONE WHO HAS NOT WORKED WITH IMMATURE INCREDIBLY ATHLETIC HORSES. This horse has incredible talent, a HUGE heart, endless potential, and realistically he is like every single frosted offspring I have worked with. He will THRIVE on having their own person they can trust and will blossom into one heck of an athlete. Appropriate Turnout, a work routine, and getting to see what the world has to offer is what is going to make this baby into an athlete.

He has no “vices” - he clips/ties/loads/stands, but he will be pushy if you let him and do not give him clear boundaries. I was able to walk him without a chain today (he has been with me for 4-5 days now) and he is quick to learn what is allowed and what isn’t. Does he push boundaries? Absolutely, he is an adolescent teenage boy. If he is being to obnoxious, he understands tying means time out and he is quick to change his attitude. He pouts like a toddler, and begs for forgiveness and gives kisses.

This horse is the upper level potential type of horse everyone looks for. Very lightly raced and clean legs. He is NOT available to “try” under saddle. He is racetrack fit. Free moving and jog videos and funny videos of him being him available to serious people.

“Get loaded” 4 year old filly by always dreaming out of awesome zip (ghostzapper). 16.2/16.3 (she has a really big presence, she could possibly be 17h)

This filly is absolutely to die for in more ways than one. She is SO sweet, SO kind, and very willing. Clearly she’s well put together and drop dead gorgeous. She raced this weekend and after trying quite a few times the last 2 years and still not breaking her maiden, it’s time for her to navigate into something maybe more her style. During her turnout today she exhibited 0 desire to run around and be crazy but explored and carefully took in all the new sights. She seems to be a “fake” brave type and definitely has the desire to please and not “do the wrong thing”. She does seem to be blowing an abscess out of her right front, it is pretty evident and clear that’s what is happening by the bubble in the middle of the hoof wall and heat. Aside from that currently going on, she has no injuries or limitations, and is going to make someone a heck of a sport horse. She’s pretty “track tight” but racing 2 days ago, I was happy with how she ended her turnout session, and will assess again tomorrow.
