Story time,
meet Nezuko, she came from Texas from a “reputable” breeder. She was being advertised on facebook with 3 other female corgis. That were all around 10 months old. She is triple clear and from championship blood lines. Apparently people put a deposit on her and never came to pick her up when she was a puppy. As I do believe this, I have had people do that to me. However I definitely actively bug my puppy people so I know when this is happening, and find someone else who wants a corgi pup. Nezuko came to us, without a name and no recall, or sense of “normal” dog behavior. She is very scared of men, and paced in a pattern for the first 3 weeks. She has come a very long way in a short amount of time, it breaks my heart that where she came from is what people consider to be a “reputable” breeder. When us, Montana bucking corgi takes so much time with our corgis and puppies. Exposure to lots of other animals, and inside/ outside living. And handle our puppies, teaching them all things like not to bite, and how to play ball. And recall even with out a name. It makes things much easier for when the new puppy owners receive their puppy. If I never (knock on wood) got stuck with a puppy for a long period of time. That corgi would live with us just like the rest of our dogs. Never to be locked in a kennel or forced to live outside. I can not tell you how many times people on some of my adds for corgi pups will call me a “ back yard breeder” lol. No where Nezuko came from is back yard breeding. Even though everything on the outside of that operation looks to be very orderly. All the bad aside, we are very happy to have her, and she is learning every day. Her personality is coming out and she is really just a big puppy. She is now comfortable enough to play with toys, and lay next to us. Nezuko is here to stay and we love her, even though it has been a challenge.

Holy smokes this weekend has been full of emotions, yesterday khaleesi took a plane ride with our good friend back to North Carolina. We miss her so much, but not as much as Khaleesi missed her human kiddos and momma Krista. ❤️❤️

Today was a mile marker in our life’s, this is Boom Boom’s last litter of puppies. She is now retired, we went out today and celebrated her retirement. She got to go to the dog park, and play out in the flowers with her puppies. This litter goes home this weekend, Boom Boom will continue to live with us through out her lifetime 💚

Montana Bucking Corgis

Hello from Montana, we are a Pembroke Welsh Corgi breeder based out of Hamilton, Montana. Let me introduce my self (Breeze McCormack and my fianc’e Joe Goldberg) We both have been togther for 7 years and share the love to travel. During one of our trips to Europe we had many chances to meet this wonderful breed called the Pembroke Welsh corgi. Back in 2012 while in Europe we ran across a artical in a news paper in the U.K. that stated the Pembroke Welsh Corgi was on the egde of becoming extinct, there were less and less people who were breeding these wonderful dogs. This was very dishearting to us as we came to love this breed of dog on our travels. Our decision to start breeding Pembroke Welsh corgis started from a experience while on one of our trips to Europe. We where walking through a park in Budapest, Hungary and a heard of corgis came running though the park and towards us, soon we were getting licked and loved by all 6. It was one of the most wonderful memories we have of the corgi. We flew home to where we were living at the time witch was in Las Vegas and started our search for a corgi, what we found is that it was hard to find a breeder with in reach, just as we were starting to get our hopes up. We ended up getting really lucky one day looking on line there happen to be a add for corgis in Las Vegas- Thats when we got our super amazing Mu :

Meet Mushishi, she is a AKC Pembroke Welsh Corgi smaller red and white female. Has been the best dog we have ever been around. And has been the best Mohter, as of 2018 she has had 2 litters of puppies. We do plan to breed her in 2019 again, her birthday is December 21 2014 so we are just about to celebrate her 4th birthday!

During Mu’s first litter we decided to keep the first born, Meet Lady Bom Bom of Montana we also decided to keep her tail, unlike her litter mates there tails get docked 3 to 5 days after being born, it is breed standard. Leaving her tail on made her extra spicy, we do plan to breed her in 2020 she has some lessons to learn, and growing up to d0. Bom Bom just turned 1 in Noverber 2018.

Say Hello to our newest adition: Loard Sirius Black of Montana, this will be our furture father of all litters. He is 3 mouths old as of december of 2018, he is a Tri colored male, tested DM clear. He has been a super easy going puppie and fits right in with our girls. Stay tuned for the 2019 litter that will be fathered by him.
