God doesn't need me and honestly that humbles me. Because if He doesn't need me, why does He chase after me so relentlessly? Why does He never stop loving me? It's because His love isn't about what I can do it's about who HE is.

He could have left me to my mistakes. He could have walked away perfectly complete without me. But instead He ran after me, He calls me His daughter, He pours His love into my heart, not because He needs to but because He wants to.

Let that truth bring you peace today. The Creator of the universe who has no need for you still wants you and that's where the fullness of His love is found.
