Few reminders fir this hot weather.. 1. Coastal dogs need frequent water/food changes bc of salt in air, lands in dishes and will dehydrate them quickly and 2. If you can't walk on it barefoot neither can they. 3. Double coated dogs do not shave keep indoors Iin heat of the day. Shaving DOES NOT keep them cooler. It actually puts them 20 degrees hotter body heat. Their top coats rustle in the wind and that is how they stay cool. Undercoat even shaved grow all year and only a pool ir ac can cool the.. thanks.

8.11.24 I'm over the moon to report that both Story and Mouse are home safe! Story was trapped on 8/6 and Mouse never strayed far from camp or from Story. After multiple strategies and different traps, she was safely secured this afternoon.

** UPDATE 8/6/24 ** Story was humanely trapped this morning. We are working on trapping Mouse who has been staying in the same area.

🐾MISSING CAT - LITTLETON🐾

Our indoor cat snuck outside yesterday evening and hasn’t returned yet. I was curious if you’d be able to put a post up for the little guy.

His name is Crumbs. Long haired black cat with a white spot on his chest. He’s never been outside more than a couple minutes. He is wary of people.

Missing from the front ridge rd in Littleton.
Closer to the Houlton town line.
