We also work very closely with the local SPCAs and rescues in the surrounding parishes, as every animal’s life is just a valuable as the next, and we want to make sure they get appropriate care as well. WE ALSO SEE EXOTICS AS WELL!!! Please be mindful that our hospital is currently still being renovated, as our original clinic building was completely destroyed by Hurricane Ida, however we are open full service and seeing appointments and surgeries, so feel free to email us at [email protected] or give us a call at 985-320-8716 to make an appointment with us today! We are open now and actively seeing emergencies, providing mobile vet services, and booking appointments even despite having to move clinic locations so rapidly due to Hurricane Ida’s aftermath!!!We look forward to meeting you and your fur babies soon, and please feel free to reach out anytime should you have any questions or concerns regarding the health of your pets! Gator did so well after his left TPLO and we’re super happy with his progress. I can’t emphasize enough how appreciative I am to Dr. Dena Lodato and her awesome crew at Resurge Veterinary Surgical Specialists for all of the care they gave Gator, for getting him in so quick, and for going over and beyond. The power of vet teams working together to practice great medicine is phenomenal!

Even the own doctor’s pets need to be referred for orthopedics! Thank you Dr. Dena Lodato and for the rest of her amazing staff at Resurge Veterinary Surgical Specialists for getting Dr. Stafford’s giant monster baby in fast for his TPLO. I trust everything that they do! Awesome work!

Whether it be staying late to watch over a patient post-op, to coming in early so our clients can drop their pets off before work! Our technicians ensure that when your pet is with us, they feel at home. Promising to give them snuggles and forehead kisses when they aren’t feeling well. While you relax on vacation, the team here at Stafford Veterinary Hospital are prepared and ready to care for your pets. While boarding with us, your pet is able to have tons of out time running through the clinic (and our new and improved boarding facility) as well as plenty of time to play out in the yard! They are spoiled rotten with treats, toys, and love during their stay. We also offer add-ons available during their stay such as baths, nail trims, and more! Meet Pluto! Most of you that have visited the clinic have met him already. He is our official feline greeter and loves to sit with our pet parents to keep them company while their pet is in the clinic. 😺🧡
