As the first person to fully retire from Animal Care Center/Pet Care Center, you leave behind a legacy that is nothing short of extraordinary.

Your presence here has been a constant source of kindness, patience, and positivity. To better care for your beloved pets during those unexpected moments, Animal Care Center has proudly extended their hours and are now offering Urgent Care hours! Our Hammond location is now open for urgent care visits Monday through Saturday until 8:00 PM (How awesome is that!!).

Whether you’re a longtime friend or new to our family, our compassionate team is here to provide immediate care for minor injuries, sudden changes in behavior, and urgent medical concerns. If necessary, we can also refer you to a specialist or emergency hospital.

We’re dedicated to your pets’ well-being and look forward to being there for you in every way we can. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out at 985-542-6300. Thank you for trusting us with your furry (and scaly) family members—we’re excited to continue serving you with love and expertise.

December 24th:
7:30-12 at both of our locations
12-5:30 urgent care staff available at our Hammond location

December 25th:
Closed at both of our locations

We will resume normal business hours December 26th at both locations.

Are you heading out of town for the Christmas holiday? Have you made arrangements for your pets?

At both of our clinics, we provide veterinary supervised boarding with indoor climate-controlled facilities for both dogs and cats. We have a large exercise yard for boarding dogs, and they are walked a minimum of 3 times per day. Also, all dogs qualify for discounted kennel baths upon request when boarding and those who board 7+ nights, get a FREE bath.

Call us today to book your boarding appointment, so that you can enjoy your celebration, worry free that your pets are being taken care of!
