The best jams in the state made by my daughter Beth Armstrong!
With three little girls, one of the first things I started making from scratch was JAM! We started with the basics of strawberry and blueberry. And while those were (and still are) super popular among family and friends who tried them, it was my mom who challenged me to create the products we make and sell today.
While we still carry many of the classic flavors, we’ve expanded the lineup to include more gourmet options!

Our best selling Jam is our Strawberry Jalapeno! It's my take on your classic pepper jelly! Not spicy and not overly sweet, and made with the most delicious Strawberries grown right here in Tangipahoa Parish!
If you haven’t tried the Butter Vanilla Lemon Curd, then you are missing out! It’s citrusy, buttery, fresh, a tad sweet, and silky smooth. Limited amounts are available! People always ask, “what do you put this on?” and my answer is always A SPOON!!! It’s that good!
