We will be closed to allow our staff to celebrate and recharge. We will open regular business hours January 2nd at 7:30 am.

🌟 **Important Announcement: No-Show Policy** 🌟

Dear valued clients,

We appreciate your trust in our services and are committed to providing you with the best experience possible. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we implemented a no-show policy in 2021- almost four years ago.

**Effective January 2021 l, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the minimum groom price for the scheduled appointment. Repeated (3) no-shows will result in the need to secure your appointment with pre-payment.

We understand unexpected events occur and we always do our best to accommodate or waive the fee when necessary. Our goal isn’t to charge a fee- our goal is to minimize no shows.

As a small and personal business, we are staffed based on the appointments scheduled for the day. Additionally, we turn clients away every day because our books are full. We do have an active waitlist, but when we don’t receive adequate notice of a cancellation, it’s difficult to fill the spot.

Today we were told our policy is “ridiculous” and we agree, it is unfortunate we have to have a policy in place.

Almost Turkey day guys! We have been working our tail feathers off getting your furry guests ready for the big day!

That being said we all need a break! 😂 Our Annual tradition of closing for Thanksgiving weekend continues this year.

Salon will be closed so we can all eat and sleep excessively Thursday-Saturday. We reopen regular hours next week.

Bowser is ready for the holidays a little early! This boy is an absolute sweetheart. He’s about 2 years old and 52 lbs. He was rescued from a local shelter where he had to be shaved because he was so severely matted. His pretty parti colored coat will grow back and he will be fattened up a bit.
