Carlos is a wild guy! This boy has energy! And he's as sweet as can be. He's curious and loves to follow his people around and know what's going on. He is very charming with his multi colored eyes. Carlos would do great in a home with another cat or dog. He has been fostered with cats, dogs and kids.

Update on Clementine 🧡

After labs, x-rays, and an echocardiogram, a saddle thrombus was ruled out. Our vet believes this was most likely a stroke. Clementine has already shown some signs of improvement and was able to come home for monitoring.

Remember Clementine, one of our senior kittizens who went into a long-term foster? This old girl is still feisty, but she is fighting for her life today, and she needs your help!

Clementine’s foster noticed that Clementine was not using her back legs and rushed her to the ER. With cats, loss of function in hind limbs is often a sign of saddle thrombus, a painful and life-threatening condition that is usually a result of heart disease, especially in senior cats. We received the estimate of almost $1500 in tests, and we believe that even the older kitties deserve the correct diagnostics in order to determine the best course of action.

This is an unexpected expense at the height of the kitten season, in the year where donations have been significantly down — and we are asking you for help. Please donate if you can! Clementine deserves another shot, and even in the worst case scenario, her dedicated foster mom deserves the certainty that we have done everything we could for Clementine.

After labs, x-rays, and an echocardiogram, a saddle thrombus was ruled out. Our vet believes this was most likely a stroke. Clementine has already shown some signs of improvement and was able to come home for monitoring.

Mama Dolce can hardly believe the outpouring of love and support she’s received! Once forgotten and struggling to survive on the streets, she now has a whole community rallying behind her. Thanks to your generosity, we’ve already raised just over $600 toward her lab work, dental, and spay. This is such an amazing start for a very deserving girl!

We know times are tough for so many, and we are truly grateful for every single contribution. If you’d still like to give, any additional support will help us cover the remaining estimate. We have raised ZERO dollars for Mama Dolce. 🥺

Dolce is scheduled for her lab work, dental, and spay this Thursday. Her estimate is between $850–$1200, depending on how much dental work she needs.

She’s estimated to be at least 5 years old, maybe older. Life hasn’t been kind to her—who knows how many litters she’s had to endure while surviving on the streets? When she came to us, she weighed barely 5 pounds. Though she’s naturally petite, she was emaciated—you could feel every rib, and her hip bones were protruding. On top of that, her mouth is full of sore gums and bad teeth.

Dolce has already come such a long way, but she needs your help to get through this final step of her recovery. Every dollar makes a difference. 🧡

🐱 Parsley (black and white) is a little sweetheart looking for her furever home. She is a spunky little girl that adores toys and racing after her brothers. Her ideal home would include another young or kitten friendly cat for her to pal around with. She has been fostered in a home with cats, dogs and children.

🐱 Chive (grey and white) is the biggest sweetheart. He is gentle and quiet but can zoom with the best of them. He loves racing with his siblings. His ideal home will include another young or cat friendly cat so he can have a buddy. He’s been fostered in a home with cats, dogs and kids.
