We are dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where clients grow and succeed both as riders and as individuals. Taylor River Farm, opened in September of 2004, is a "state of the art" Morgan horse barn offering a wide variety of services. Whether you're interested in becoming a serious show ring competitor or simply wish to enjoy casual riding and instruction in a friendly, relaxed atmosph

Our training staff provides expert training, breeding, and brokerage services, while our lesson program offers individualized instruction to horse enthusiasts of all ability levels. In our first five years, Taylor River Farm has produced more than forty Grand National & World Champions in harness, saddle seat, hunt seat and in-hand. These numerous titles have spanned from Junior Exhibitors and Amateurs to the Open and Junior Horse divisions. No matter the discipline or situation, Taylor River takes great care and pride in the details necessary to produce World Class exhibitors and horses.

We had an amazing turnout at our third annual Winter Fun Show, with 48 riders from Great Island Riding Academy and 21 show riders from Taylor River participating! 🎉

We always say Horse Trainers are “problem solvers”! Today was the proof!!! We were supposed to be at our first horse for 2020 this week.... we all know that wasn’t possible. So we brought the horse show to you, Drive In Style 💙❤️💛! Richard and Sarah presented 15 horses that would have debuted this week at UPHA Spring Premiere... Best Part we had an undeated session, and car horns! 💪🏻😷💪🏻💙❤️💛!!! Social Distancing= Horse Show
