🐾 From Couch ➡️ 5K (with your dog!) November 2nd! 🎉

Sunday mornings just got better — we’re teaming up with to lead out in their couch to 5k. to help Atlanta dog parents and their pups get active together! 💪🐶

📍 Where: Shirley Franklin Park (formerly Westside Park)
🕖 When: Sunday, November 2nd at 7:45 AM take off at 8:00 am

Here’s why it matters 👇

🏃‍♀️ Builds your dog’s stamina safely, step by step
💜 Gives YOU a reason to move — even on busy weeks
🐕 Strengthens your bond — because walks = connection, not just exercise
👯‍♀️ You’ll have community support (and accountability!) — walking is always better together!

– Bring water for you + your dog 💧
– Keep dogs leashed at all times 🦮 6 ft no retractable leashes
