There seems to be some confusion from last weeks post so I just wanted to clarify.

Pawsitive Vibes IS NOT CLOSING. We will remain open for grooming! Kylie is still accepting new clients and will continue to work her normal schedule.

We are NOT closing the daycare forever, only for the winter as a precaution to keep everyone safe during this dog flu outbreak. We plan to reopen the daycare and accept new clients this spring when the flu clears up. The safety of everyone’s fur babies must come first, and this is the best option we believe in doing so! As for any packages members, we will either transfer the remaining credits into credit to be used on grooming, or leave the package as is to be used when we reopen. There are no refunds after 30 days of purchase. If you would like to have your package transferred to credits, just message us on the app and we can do that!

We also have a plan we are working on to offer current clients as an option to exercise your pups in a more safe setting. We are just finishing up the details before we share!

To our dear clients,
It is hard for us to have to make this decision, but with the growing concerns around the dog influenza, we have decided to temporarily close our daycare portion of Pawsitive Vibes. We have always put everyone’s dog’s wellbeing first, and as unfortunate as it is to have to do this, we believe it’s the best way to keep everyone safe this winter. We’ve had an amazing almost 4 years watching everyone’s pups come to play with us, grow with us and getting know all of the parents personally. When we opened in the height of the pandemic, we had no idea how amazing the community we would build would be. We appreciate everyone’s support, and hope you continue to support our amazing groomer Kylie during this transition.

We would also like to take a moment to thank Val for also playing a huge role in our success over the past 3 years. Many started out as Val’s training clients, and quickly Val became not only an amazing trainer at our business, but trusted manager. Val, we appreciate your time with us more than you’ll know! We look forward to seeing what your new chapter will bring, please make sure to give her a hug this next week 🙏

As for the future of the business, we will continue to operate our grooming salon as normal, taking extra cleaning precautions and keeping true to our “one dog at a time” structure. We will only be booking by appointment only to help keep our clients safe.

As for our big backyard, we will be opening up to use to our clients by appointment only so your pups can still come utilize the space, but in a one at a time setting. We will announce more information in the coming weeks.

Again, we love and appreciate our clients and employees as we transition to this new, temporary version of Pawsitive Vibes. Please reach out if you have any questions, we hope everyone has a safe winter. 🫶🏻
