We had a great day at the Hampton Falls Farmers Market Tent or Treat event on Wednesday! The rain cleared up just in time and there was an awesome turn out. It was so much fun to see everyone's costumes and spend time chatting with people in the community. A huge thank you to all the vendors and sponsors that make events like this possible!

It's National Black Dog Day! Today we are celebrating some of the very special black dogs that we get to work with! 🖤

Did you know that black dogs are more likely to get overlooked in shelters due to stigma that they are cursed or dangerous? This leads to lower adoption rates and higher euthanasia rates. National Black Dog Day is all about educating people on why these pups deserve just as much love as any other color dog and reducing misconceptions.

Sarge and Phoebe have a new best friend! You may have seen this little gray lady pop up in our stories recently. Lilly is a 10 year old chihuahua mix that is staying with our shepherd friends while her mom is visiting. She may be small and getting up there in years, but Miss Lilly has no problem hanging with the big dogs! We are so lucky this little pup gets to tag along for adventures while she is here! 😁

Happy Birthday, Haley! 🥳 Haley is an invaluable member of our pack! She has been working as a dog walker/pet sitter with us for a little over a year.
You may have spotted her in our story getting pup cups with Ella or adventuring with Archie. Haley is a dog walker that truly cares for her clients as if they were her own pets. She never fails to go above and beyond!
She sums up this commitment perfectly in her own words, "Each furry friend I meet is unique, yet they all share an incredible blend of intelligence, playfulness, and emotion. Being a dog walker not only fulfills my passion for animals and adventures, but also brings a huge sense of joy and community involvement to my life.
