How do you practice quality customer service? 🤲 Serving our clients well starts with listening to their needs and asking good questions.

If we rush in to explain all of our services and menu of options, we will drown out what they are telling us. Because there is no one size fits all in this industry, there will always be a need to customize and personalize our services.

To do this well, let your client do most of the talking and spend your time taking notes and then following up with appropriate questions before you start recommending a service.

RATES ARE BASED ON 24 HOURS
An additonal fee of $24 will be added for a half day of daycare after 24 hours.
