We figured out how the duckling got in the back kennel area. Looks like it literally fell from the sky. Must of been picked up by something and somehow escaped and landed at the right time🐥

The kennel in the second grooming room is connected to kennel #33 and will be used for dogs we can't touch. We are also considering using it as a luxury area where we keep the gate open so the pet will also have to double the space and space away from the other dogs!

The long-awaited floor update 😍
What ended up happening was the floor wasn’t the right temperature for the epoxy, so it wasn’t drying. It was pretty patchy the first pass as well, so a second coat and a few heaters later, and it’s beautiful! I'm thankful for my husband's support; he did most of the floor by himself!

Went to the Easter egg hunt at the school. Then we went to check out how things were going in the new grooming room, it’s just about finished! My wonderful husband is doing the floors this weekend! Stay tuned for that update 🐾
