What can we do to get everyone's attention on Phillip and what a great boy he is?! He loves all other dogs (but can be too much for some, buddy just has lots of energy and a lot of love to give). He showed no reactivity to the kitties he's been around, but again, he's done some chasing with tail wags in the interest of play, which isn't always appreciated by the felines in his presence. Really what it amounts to is that Phillip just wants to give (and receive) love sososo badly! And we want that for him too! The days are only getting colder, and we don't want to see Phillip have to spend the winter months in a kennel with nowhere for his love and energy to go. We know Phillip's perfect family has to be out there.. could it be you?!
