Are you ready to welcome the cutest bundle of fluff you’ve ever seen in your life? Meet Puppy, around 2 - year old, Chow Chow, Collie, Golden retriever mix.
Let's talk about Puppy's skills. He's like a treat-seeking missile, guided by the invisible scent trails of his favorite snacks. He knows his commands – sit, leave it, and touch – and if you wave a treat, he’ll be happy to give you a show. He’s friendly and playful, too; he loves squeaky toys and a good dog wrestle! Puppy does great with all kinds of well behaved dogs. In fact, he'd love a home with a fenced-in yard and a confident doggie sibling who can continue to show him the ropes as he grows up. His best bud & foster brother Jaxson can vouch for this. They're like the canine version of a dynamic duo, causing double trouble and playing all day long in the yard.
We're looking for a special kind of human for our sweet Puppy, someone with a more quiet home who understands that building trust takes patience, time and treats (mostly treats, though).. So, if you've got a bit of a doggy whisperer in you, and a love for treats that rivals his own, then you might just be the hero this fluffy adventurer is looking for!

We love our dogs. We want happy lives for all of them and are looking for the home that provides the best fit for each dog’s individual needs. Please understand that there may be multiple families interested in this dog.
Also, please know that the breed mix listed is simply a guess. In most cases, we don’t know their background. We encourage you to base your decision on individual personality and pet qualities instead of relying on our guess.

Smart, smart, smart! That’s Gizmo. In addition to sit, down, paw, and wait, this handsome purebred Doberman is learning peek-a-boo and how to take a bow after giving a good show. Gizmo LOVES to learn and will benefit from a human who can provide new challenges and continued positive training.
Fun, fun, fun! This big, goofy boy would thrive in a yard with a big privacy fence where he can frolic to his heart’s content. Giz is a high-energy dog who likes to stay busy; he enjoys a good chew toy, rope, or Kong when he's not running around in the yard. Regular exercise and structure will help keep him happy and healthy. He would also do best in a child-free home due to his strength and exuberance.
Sweet, sweet, sweet! When he’s done playing, Gizmo is a cuddle bug who likes nothing more than curling up on his doggie bed, snuggling with his person, and giving lots of kisses. He can be selective about his dog friends, so he would likely be happiest as the only dog in the household.
With his intelligence and capacity for love, Gizmo will be not only a fun playmate but a loyal companion. Might you be the friend he needs?

This petite girl is Betsy, a sugary-sweet, but still a powerhouse, holding her own against any dog who wants to challenge her. Betsy enjoys the company of all dogs but especially those her own size…and her favorite friends are other hounds!! She can be bossy toward larger dogs who she views as threatening to her.
Betsy has it all…she’s cute, very personable, sociable, and spunky. And everyone loves her!!
Generally speaking Betsy is in good health and you’d never know she has heart issues. Prior to joining BAARK, Betsy was diagnosed with grade IV systolic left-sided heart murmur, possibly mitral valve disease.

Petite, happy and oh SO wiggly! This chocolate hunk, Tater Tot, is the best kind of chocolate- pure sweetness! He adores people and dog friends. Often quite entertaining to those around him. No rough friends for him though as his blood doesn’t clot due to him being hemophilic.

Most likely Lincoln would prefer being an only dog, receiving all the attention he deserves. However he could to ok with a calm easy-going female. He would probably be far too energetic for a senior (dog or human!)
An ideal family for Lincoln is one able to assimilate the energy of a Border Collie into its lifestyle and is willing to commit the time to working with and training Lincoln to be his best self!
A secure, above-ground fenced yard is important. Lincoln would not thrive as an apartment dweller.
Lincoln is crate-trained and is working on good house manners (housebreaking). He is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, is heartworm negative and is on heartworm preventative. He is neutered and microchipped as well.

At 3 years old, he is past the young dog antics and is being a true gentleman in his foster home. He knows sit, stay, lay down, give paw and sit pretty.
Bring on all the human love; Elmo is ready to share his heart with both kids and adults. He is a great companion who loves treats and all the attention for himself; he needs to be your only pet but will love you to the fullest.

While we believe he is a Chihuahua mix, he does not have the typical Chihuahua personality.
He’s very sweet, personable, and good with most everyone he meets….people including kids as well as other dogs. We expect him to be good with cats too!
An ideal family for Sparky is one experienced with the Chihuahua breed, is moderately active, and eager to include this little guy in all family activities. A fenced yard is ideal; Sparky would also enjoy the companionship of another middle-aged or slightly older dog.
Sparky is in overall great health, is active, and is eager to enjoy every day with his new family.

Who wants to go for long walks, take hikes, play frisbee, kick around a soccer ball, or do agility with your furry pet? We believe Ginny can do it all! She has playful and fun energy. Her sometimes very enthusiastic dog play can be too much for some dogs so she is looking for a dog pal that likes her style.
She is a sweet gal, is around 3 years old and very ready for an active family to give her a forever home.

Patches is well behaved, affectionate , an overall nice girl. However she has many traits typical of a Chihuahua….can be dog selective, can be bossy with other dogs, and will not back down if another dog challenges her. So, if there is another dog(s) in the household, he or she should be mellow and laid-back.
While affectionate, Patches is not fond of cuddling. She’s an independent spirit and prefers to do her own thing. She will surely make a great companion for adults familiar with the breed and able to appreciate the Chihuahua personality.

Cesar is believed to be a Golden Retriever/Shepherd mix, around 9-10 years old and about 50ish pounds.
He is a docile and sweet guy.
He is house broken (has had zero accidents in his foster home) and crate trained. He loves to sleep in his crate but does not need to be crated when left alone, or at night; he is free to roam with no issues.
Cesar loves being outside and would love his forever family to have a secure, fenced yard. He has great leash manners and enjoys his daily walks, as well. He is good with other dogs with proper introduction and would do well with another calm dog in the home; he would be fine as an only dog too. We do not know how Cesar is with cats. A home without small children would be best for Cesar as he gets a bit nervous with loud noises and fast movements.
