It’s a strange feeling to lose something or someone that meant more to you than you realized. Randy was a friend to everyone around him. I have so many fun memories with him. He will be missed by so many. But I know we didn’t lose him, I know right where he is. My guess is he’ll have steers loaded and give everyone a hug when we get there.

When I think about the growth that Tripp Brady has made this past year on his horse, this is what comes to mind. Tripp and 🎱 have been through this together and I honestly can’t come up with the words to say how proud of them I am. They are both young, learning everything together, and tonight they came home with year end 🏆Champion🏆 from Randall County Sheriffs Posse! He got to being home a pretty new saddle!

Taos brought home a reserve champ buckle tonight from the leadline! Taos isn’t scared of much, and he’s one of the grittiest kids I know!

We are so thankful for our village and amazing ponies that take care of our boys! 🫶

Super gentle and sweet natured, stands 15.1 hands and made to last, he has the right start and is soft, supple, gentle and willing. He has about 6 months on him, 3 with a professional roping trainer. He knows the basics. Walk, trot, lope, stop, back, counter arch, no vices, smart, sound and clean legged. He has been started in the heading and heeling and doing awesome at both. Taos made his entrance in the show pen for the 1st time today. It’s the beginning of a long road. We’re excited to see where the road leads to. The world 🌎 is yours. May your horse’s tail be as long as the tale we tell of YOU. Thanks to my mom for bringing the kids some horses! If anyone needs mane/tail pointers, she’s clearly your girl! Check out Paint’s tail 😍

My oldest has been hesitant to go by himself in the arena, but today I think that is behind us! Tripp had an amazing day today: 1st- halter (mare 5 and up class) 1st- 7 and under barrels 1st- 7 and under down and back Fun in the arena with the egg race We’re proud of you, Tripp! You never cease to amaze us! Thanks to MisFits Equine Sales & Shows for putting this on!

I’ve about decided there isn’t she can’t do: mom, wife, teacher, showing cow horses, now she isn’t scared to back into the box and go stick it on one! I’m blessed to do life with her!
