Happy 3-month gotcha day to Penny Leigh! 🥳 She has brought so much joy and love into her new family’s lives, and they’re thrilled to have her as a part of their family. Harper adores her too and thinks she’s the perfect furry sibling! 🥰 Here's to many more months of snuggles, playtime, and making memories together! 🥳🐾

Molly, a charming 2-year-old "mini Aussiedoodle," was surrendered by a puppy mill that no longer valued her. 😕 Upon arrival at the rescue, she was heavily matted, had ear infections, and tested positive for Lyme Disease and Anaplasmosis. 🥺 Although asymptomatic, she is currently undergoing a 30-day treatment with Doxycycline. 💊 Follow-up tests for Lyme Disease in 6 months and Anaplasmosis in 1 year are needed. Molly has been spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated, and she is negative for heartworm.
During Molly’s time in foster care, she has been a ball of energy and happiness! 😁 Her howl is music to the ears (see video in comments), especially when she's goofing off with kids and showing off her wiggly-butt dance. 💃🏻 This pupper is all about action, so she's looking for a lively family who's up for some training fun. 🤩 She's a social butterfly with other doggos, but watch out, cats—she's got a bit of a chasey streak! 🚫🐱 While Molly is a pro at crate time, potty training is still a playful challenge. To keep this whirlwind safe and sound, a fenced yard is a must for her outdoor escapades! 🐶

⭐️Rescued Dog's Traumatic Past and Current Progress⭐️
Lazlo is a shelter dog from South Carolina who was originally found as a stray. He had an unfortunate situation while being in the shelter. He was brought into a program where inmates walked dogs, but one of them assaulted Lazlo when he snarled after being yanked on the leash. 😰 As a result, Lazlo developed a fear of humans, touch, leash, and collar. 🥺 Since March, his foster mom has tried to help him overcome these fears, but he has been hiding and avoiding contact. Upon arrival, he was so unapproachable that pad training was necessary since he refused to go outside. 😔
However, after months of patience and care, Lazlo made a breakthrough! 💡 For the first time since March, he let his foster mom put both a collar and leash on him. 😃 He also conquered his fear and got into the car so his foster mom could take him to the vet! ❤️

Ruby Sue, a 5 year old, long haired Dachshund, was diagnosed with IVDD. This condition has made it challenging for her to move around and enjoy activities that other dogs can easily participate in. However, with her brand new wheelchair, she's now able to move around with joy, just like her fellow doggy housemates! LOOK AT HER GO! 🏎️💨
