I would once again like to Thank EVERYONE who helped make Paws and Claws a Great success. First, my family for all of their help even when they really rather not be there. The many wonderful people, fur babies and friendships made over the years. I would also like to say Thank you to everyone for understanding and supporting me through so many tough decisions, you are greatly appreciated and respected.

Yes, while it is true we are closing our BOARDING and DAYCARE services our GROOMING services will remain open. Please call and schedule your pets spa day!

Just a friendly reminder, that we require the following vaccines for your dog to come visit us (lodging, daycare & grooming). Call your vet today to get their vaccines updated!

-Rabies
- Bordetella
- Distemper/Parvo
-K-9 Influenza *new in 2019*
-Negative f***l test (with-in the last 6 months)

SPRING IS HERE, which means summer is right around the corner and we can hardly wait!
Here at Paws and Claws we have been making a few changes we would like you to be aware of.

VACCINATIONS:
Effective June 1st we will be requiring all dogs to have the Influenza vaccine. This is a 2 shot series that requires a booster 2-3 weeks after the initial vaccination. After receiving the initial vaccine (as well as the booster) dogs must wait a minimum of 5 days before returning to Paws & Claws for daycare, grooming or lodging. They are not completely ‘covered’ until 10 days after the booster. Please have your vet send us a copy of your pet’s updated vaccine records before arriving.
***All other vaccines must be updated a minimum of 2 weeks prior to arrival, including a negative f***l test from within the past 6 months.***

FEEDING:
As of March 1st all dry and frozen food must be pre-packaged individually per meal in a ziplock type bag. All medications are also to be pre-packaged (in baggies or a weekly medication container) and labeled as the time to be taken: A = AM N = Noon P = PM. Doing so will ensure your pet’s diet and medications are without question and enough for their entire stay. Please consider sending a few extra meals in the event you are delayed picking up your pet.

BEDDING:
Due to sanitary reasons we will no longer accept nest or over stuffed beds. Crate mats or small blankets are acceptable.
