Vaccinations for your loved one visiting the grooming salon. Let’s talk about it😊

Alrighty so I always encourage clients to bring in their newest family member asap. However, they will need have completed their puppy shots. Usually around 16 weeks is the last round. Then they are cleared to come in. Although we tend to associate Parvo with puppies, adults who are untreated are susceptible as well.

Adults need to be up to date on all of their shots. Just as we get vaccinated for the flu or pneumonia dogs need theirs too. The outbreak of the canine influenza, having not heard of cases around here, I do feel it’s important to vaccinate your dog. It’s easily spread through droplets from their nose, barking and is highly contagious.

I am a 1:1 dog grooming salon and have limited clients throughout the day and clean the best of my ability. My first concern has always been and will always be the dogs I groom.

I have three dogs of my own and I want the best for them as you do for yours. Let’s keep them healthy and happy so we can enjoy them as long as God is willing!
