✨ Duke’s Training Milestone ✨
Here’s Duke, one of our amazing dogs in training, learning to walk calmly on a leash without pulling. This is a big step for him, and we couldn’t be prouder of his progress! 🐾

Training your dog to walk without pulling is not only great for their behavior but also for building a stronger bond between you and your pup. With consistent practice and patience, Duke is well on his way to mastering this skill!

Meet Bentley, our gentle giant! 🐾 After another successful Therapy Dog Group class this Wednesday, he’s showing off his calm and composed self. Watching his progress has been amazing! We meet every Wednesday at 6:00 PM, and it’s incredible to see how much these wonderful dogs continue to grow and help others. 💙

Brody, our mobility assistance dog in training, was hard at work this morning! He accompanied me on errands, learning how to navigate public spaces and assist with everyday tasks. Training never stops, and Brody is well on his way to making a life-changing difference for someone!

Behind every well-trained service dog is a team of dedicated trainers who pour their hearts into this work. Training a service dog is a rigorous and detailed process that can take up to two years! These incredible dogs learn to perform tasks like opening doors, retrieving items, and detecting medical emergencies. The training process not only teaches these skills but also ensures the dog remains calm and focused in various environments. During this Service Dog Month, let’s applaud those dedicated to training these amazing dogs! 🐕‍🦺
