Saturn is not yet posted on the website however he is available. Im not 100% on his age but i know hes somewhere between 5 and 10 years old. He is a very lazy horse. Would much rather walk and trot around leisurely. I dont think he would make much of a performance horse, but thats just my opinion! I think he would be excellent for trails!!

Meet King!! King has quickly become one of my favorites to ride here at Blazes. When we first started working together he had some bad behaviors such as being pushy, not standing quietly, moving out when being mounted, gate/buddy sour and just overall thinking he was in charge. It was obvious that he had previously been allowed to get away with those behaviors because he quickly gave it all up once he realized he couldnt push me around and take charge anymore. He is the sweetest boy!!! He would make someone an excellent trail horse!

I have been busy traveling lately and focusing on lessons here at home. Today i traveled an hour to Washington OK to meet this beautiful gelding named Shinner! His owner Morgan is seeking lessons for confidence building so she can get back in the saddle and start riding more. Shinner hasnt been rode since Spring. I worked with him on the ground some to get his mind working and engaged with me and then got on him. Sweet boy didnt miss a beat, we walked,trotted and loped, then Morgan hopped on and rode. I look forward to seeing these two build as a team and hit the trails!

Things have been slow lately since I have been busy focusing on my overnight job and making sure i get enough sleep everyday. I have been traveling to clients here and there and I still do weekly lessons here at Blazes on thursday and fridays.

Today i traveled to Washington OK to work with a Blazes horse! If you have followed my page for a while now you may remember Pez! Pez used to be on my regular riding/training schedule here at Blazes until she got adopted in 2023! I will be traveling weekly to get her going with a nice tune up. Day 1 went EXCELLENT! For having sat for a little over a year and a half, we did some ground work first then moved to some ride time. This sweet girl has always had a good mind on her ❤️

This sweet girl is still available for adoption through Blazes Tribute Equine Rescue! Moonbeam is smart as can be and she is pretty too! She is not broke to ride but it wouldnt take much to finish her out. Ive been giving her a refresher on her ground work and hope to continue to work with her until she gets adopted.

Meet Rollo! Rollo is a super cute Arabian gelding that i have been traveling to norman to work with. Last time he was rode was about 8 years ago. I am working hard on giving him a good refresher on his ground work before moving onto saddle work. He is smart as a whip and is the in your pocket type. Cant wait to be up in the saddle!

I havent updated since March! 😯 had surgery back in march and was fully recovered by mid- April. I havent done too much since other than traveling for a couple people and doing on site lessons here at home! I cannot bring in any clients until further notice, however I am traveling! Every other Thursday 5-6

Every Thursday
6-7pm and 7-8pm.

⭐️Children 7 & up as well as lessons for Adults

Kratos is a QH gelding estimated to be 14 years old and stands 14.1hh. Kratos came into our rescue program on August 23, 2023. Kratos came into our rescue program from the Logan County Sheriff's Office along with 1 other horse as a cruelty case. He is very well trained! Walks,trots, lopes, neck reigns and has a willing to please personality.

Chalkubutt got adopted! His name is now Orion and his new owners decided to keep him here with me to continue his training! Today he had his first day with the saddle pad. He wasnt too sure of it at first but gave in quick and realized it wasnt gonna hurt him. monday I introduced him to the headstall and bit.

We are saddled! Sweet girl handled it all very nicely and didnt offer any type of bad behaviors!

Progress with Moonbeam! Hoping to cinch up and see how that all goes tomorrow!

star has been getting used to bridges so she can be more confident out on the trails.

First day with the tarp and didnt even hesitate to walk right over it. I love her mind and will to please. Moonbeam still a bit hesitant on having the halter put on but everyday she’s improving more and more. Week one we are Yielding hindquarters Lunging both directions Doing excellent with sending exercises Started on flexing Started on yielding forequarters Started on leading by her feet Has had alot of desensitization done.

Sunday has been with me almost two months now. Something she has really been struggling with recently is stepping up onto things. Whether its the bridge or a trailer etc. We have been doing little things to get her more comfortable and to make things easier, and today was the day we walked over the bridge with zero hesitation!

Rezza and I went out to the outdoor arena this morning since its so nice outside! She didnt know what to think about all the rescue horses being turned out to their pasture 😅 she got rather excited but listened even though she struggled with it. Really like this little mare! Shes done so well with her tune up! She goes home on the 14th

Sandi got her first ride in on Max when she picked him up to take him home. This sweet gentle gelding was one of the most fun horses to work with! Super thankful to have gotten the opportunity to start him under saddle. Definitely miss him being here!
