Hear that?…..that’s our new generator keeping everyone cool and comfortable until the power is restored this morning.
We joked that now that we have a generator we won’t need it but within 24 hours of start up it’s being used. Feeling so absolutely blessed that we have this for the dogs! It is such a relief knowing that they will be safe and comfortable during power outages.
We have had such an amazing 4th of July holiday week so far. Everyone did well with the fireworks last night and the little bit of storm before and after. We absolutely love that our visitors have so much fun here and are so comfortable in our care. ❤️

After playtime cool down
After we go outside for a bit we usually just come in and hang out and cool off. Some don’t want to hang out outside of their kennels and some just don’t get along so they want to go to their personal space. Folks wonder why I ask for them to let me know when they head this way or a time they will be here to pick up or drop off. Can you imagine going to someone’s house with 20 dogs just lounging around and ringing their doorbell? 🤣🤣🤣 HAVOC!!! We want to keep everyone safe and comfortable during their stay so it’s only a precaution for everyone’s safety to be kenneled or put in another room during hand offs. 😊👍

We fogged the entire building with concentrated peroxide on January 15th, sealed it up completely for two weeks with no entry, and sanitized each room again once we cracked her open and now the building is super clean and ready for fun friends. Came see us and let’s play!!!!
Not often this room is empty! We are all decorated, sanitized and stocked for our holiday visitors. This is one of three rooms at our facility. This room will be packed with fun friends soon! Can’t wait to see everyone. ❤️🐾

It’s super hot outside today OKlahoma and for the rest of the week. Be sure your fur kids have plenty of fresh water, whatever their water habits may be. Hank here likes to dip his entire face into a full bucket to hydrate as much as possible. We are having short daytime potty breaks and playtime inside during the days like this. We have our major party playtime at night when it’s hot too! Be safe out there friends.
