Meet Chance Simmons, Button Jefferson, and Roman Anthony—three incredible dogs, each about 2 years old, who are ready to find their forever families.

Here’s what you need to know about these three survivors:
💔 They were all found on the streets, fending for themselves.
🌟 They’ve beaten the odds and are now waiting for a home to call their own.

The Basics

🐾 No Cats, Please: These pups need homes without feline friends.
👶 Kid-Friendly (With Caution): They adore kids but might get a little overexcited in their eagerness to love and play. A home with dog-savvy children would be perfect.
🎓 Training: All three have leash skills (but may test boundaries), are crate trained, and are believed to be potty trained.

Why They’re Special
• Chance Simmons: Shy at first, but his quirky head tilts and playful “conversations” will win you over.
• Button Jefferson: A sweet, petite Dalmatian-Heeler mix with a quirky, endearing personality.
• Roman Anthony: A loyal Doberman who loves toys, shoulder rubs, and soaking up the sun (with sunscreen, of course).

These dogs don’t know they aren’t Boxers—but they do know they want to be loved.

WHAT WHAT!!!
Look who found his forever home, with a fellow rescuer, who is going to turn this baby 360 degrees! He is going to look so so good in no time. No more bones protruding, no more wire unhealthy hair, no more too small crate and curled over nails, just a happy kidney bean and wiggle butt from now on and forever!!! Please share our successes! We love making good news too!

The last few days have been busy all of our FRIENDs litter was adopted and so was Rocco Ravioli!! This is why we do what we do! These happy families are making these happy babies their forever homes! Yes we all work full time and do this in our spare time. Our application team both have medical issues and still whip out those applications, doing back ground checks, calling references vets and virtually seeing your home! They are truly amazing. Our number one goal is PERMANENT PLACEMENT, for all of our babies and they make it happen!

🐾 Dog of the Day: Stella Bella 🐾

Sweet Stella Bella’s story begins in a Walmart parking lot, where she was being given away after enduring a life far too hard for her tender age of 8 months. Covered in scars—an old deep war wound on her shoulder and other marks across her small body—she was described as “aggressive.” But nothing could be further from the truth. Stella Bella is a timid little mouse, scared and shy, yet so full of potential for love and trust despite her cruel treatment.

Her previous owner got her to breed, then discarded her after just one litter. Thankfully, a Good Samaritan named Carli stepped in, making sure Stella Bella didn’t fall into the wrong hands. Carli brought her home, got some weight on her, and made sure she was safe until Stella could come to us. We’re so grateful for Carli’s kindness and quick action!

Here’s what we know about Stella:
🐾 House Skills: She’s potty trained and crate trained!
🐾 Quirks: She counter-surfs and digs in the trash if food is left out, food and trash in cabinets.
🐾 Cats: She’s very interested in chasing them, so a cat-free home would be best.
🐾 Personality: Stella is shy and reserved but warms up with patience. She thrives with slow movements and gentle affection.
🐾 Size: She’s pocket-sized with a small frame and tiny feet, likely staying on the petite side as she grows.

Stella Bella is absolutely precious and ready to become an amazing family member for someone who understands her gentle, timid nature. She needs love, patience, and a home where she can continue to heal and blossom.

🐾 Dog of the Day: Kimber Ta**us 🐾

Meet Kimber, a 4-year-old boy whose story breaks our hearts but also fills us with hope. Kimber came to us through a Facebook post where he was being given away. One look at his thin frame, patchy coat, and the scars of neglect told us everything: this sweet soul hasn’t been given the life he deserves.

Kimber’s missing fur and scraped back are signs of being confined in a crate that was far too small for far too long. But despite it all, Kimber holds no grudges. He’s a mellow, gentle guy who is ready to put his rough past behind him and start a new chapter filled with love, comfort, and care.

Here’s what we’ve learned about Kimber:
• He’s up-to-date on vaccinations, freshly neutered, and knows basic obedience.
• Kimber rides like a dream in the car and walks beautifully on a leash.
• He seems good with cats and got along with the Chihuahuas at his previous home.
• He’s crate-trained and actually wants to be in because he probably feels safe in his kennel.
•. He has very long nails but when we got him they were curled over. It'll take time for the quick to shrink up slowly getting his nails back to normal.

Right now, Kimber is on the road to recovery, which is just the start of his new story, a part you can be a part of. With consistent nutrition, his coat will shine again, and his body will fill out. What he really needs now is a family who can and will show him what it means to be cherished.

Kimber came from a veteran with lots of troubles, and his name reflects that legacy. Can you honor his story by giving him the life he’s always deserved?

Chance has a deposit!!!

Dog of the Day: Meet Chance Simmons!

‼️This special boy was rescued off the euthanasia list, and we’re determined to give him the second chance he deserves. Dumped at the shelter by his owner with one of the usual excuses—“no time, new job, new baby”—Chance didn’t even get the dignity of a stray hold.

❤️Despite this rough start, Chance Simmons has proven to be a quirky and lovable character. His raspy bark has earned him some extra charm, and when sirens fill the air, he’ll serenade you with a soulful howl that’s nothing short of beautiful.

🐾Chance has some great skills, too! He walks well on a leash and rides wonderfully in the car. He loves outings to Tractor Supply, trips to the park, and, of course, stopping for a pup cup along the way. He’s crate trained and likely potty trained, though he hasn’t had the chance to experience the comfort of a home just yet. He is a hard No on cats and needs bulldozer understanding family he is not graceful but is very sweet. He loves people and kids just bigger kids might be best.

😭Overlooked in our breed-specific rescue, Chance is still waiting for someone to see how special he truly is. Could you be the one to give him the loving home he deserves?
