With flea season in full swing, we want to emphasize that Happy Tails is a Flea Free Zone and kindly remind you of our policies.
Spa Session Policy: If fleas are discovered during your pet's spa session, the appointment will be stopped immediately, and we will ask that you pick up your pup promptly. For the comfort and health of all pets, please DO NOT BRING IN A PUP WITH FLEAS.
Flea Prevention: Fleas can be anywhere and it’s the responsibility of every pet owner to keep their dog on a quality preventative ALL YEAR. Please note that no flea and tick treatment is guaranteed to be (100%) effective.
Flea Infestation/Sanitation Policy: Flea and tick infestations are not tolerated at our facility. In the event of an infestation, clients will be subject to a sanitation fee on a case-by-case basis and will be charged for the full grooming appointment.
We genuinely care about the health and wellbeing of every pup that walks through our door. Your cooperation in following these guidelines helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Whether you go for concerts, food, rides, or just family fun, we encourage you to pay extra attention as roadways will be busier than usual with both pedestrian and vehicle traffic, always place any valuables in your vehicle out of sight, and be sure to keep your vehicle doors locked.
