DPHC wants to thank everyone for coming to our Fall POR/Futurity. It was a great time even though it felt like summer w/ +90degree weather! We appreciate all of our exhibitors, Futurity entries, judging staff, & BOD's!

Horse Show Parking - our designated parking area for Camping & Trailers is by South InGate...the grove (which includes the stony area) is not available, it is being used by another function.

Fall Fling & Futurity Show Update:

- ALL Patterns are posted - including Trail

FUTURITY UPDATE.....For those exhibitors who are entering the new Ranch Horse Pleasure futurity class this weekend at the DPHC show, please see the American Stock Horse Association rule book for the rules of this class. This is a "rail class" as opposed to the pattern class of Ranch Horse Riding. Per APHA, these are the rules we are to go by. We are very excited to add this all new Ranch Horse Pleasure class to our futurity format. For any questions, feel free to contact Cindy Harris at (410) 754-9566 or PM her. Futurity update!!!!! The Futurity class Showmanship pattern will be the same as the pattern used for the show's Amateur showmanship class.

Late entries being accepted without penalty through this weekend with a call to Cindy Harris at (410) 310-3670 to confirm your entry. ALSO, if you are in Virginia at the Color Classic Futurity, give your futurity entry to Marty Dixon and he will give to Cindy Harris on Monday. Thanks to all for your continued support!!!

Our Fall Fling POR & Futurity Show Bill is being posted today! Patterns will be coming soon...

Please note - we will just be having Sept 10th & 11th Sat/Sun POR show w/ 4 judges along with our Futurity classes. The 15' total Futurity pay out was over $10,000 dollars...w/ awards in each class...here's come the best part - 💰 pay outs are given out with class ribbons!

Here is the entry form and rules for the futurity to be held with our 4 judge show on September 10th and 11th.....NOTE there is not going to be a two judge Ammy/Youth show on Friday September 9th as original planned, but please come out and support the Club's Futurity and 4 judge show on the 10th and 11th. The early bird discounted Futurity entry deadline is coming up soon, August 25th.....Thanks for your continued support.

DPHC regretfully announces that we will be canceling our Summer Sizzler POR show on August 13/14, 16' in Harrington, DE. Our next show will be the Fall Fling & Futurity POR on September 10/11, 16'.

NEW - Pending APHA approval we will add a Youth/Amateur show...so in total 6 judges for weekend:

- 9/9 Friday: 2 Judge Youth Amateur Show
- 9/10&11 Saturday / Sunday: 4 Judge POR (split schedule) along w/ Futurity classes

Another update will come when the details are final...also we will communicate any changes to the DPHC year end award rules very soon.

Our BOD & Officers appreciates your understanding as we made a difficult decision. The support of all our exhibitors is very important to DPHC. If there are any questions / concerns please reach out to Stephanie Hearn @ 302-462-1901.

June 4&5 show - our 1st Chicks QH & DPHC Spring Classic was a big SUCCESS!!

We had perfect weather, much improved outside arena footing, full barns, great awards, smooth schedules ending each day in time to spend w/ your horsey family! DPHC would like to "thank" all QH & Paint horse exhibitors, friends & family for coming...it was great seeing new & old faces & quality registered horses in the show pen!

As a the show manager...I want to personally acknowledge our judges, sponsors, show staff, club officers/BOD's, silent auction donators, & volunteers...it could not have been done w/ out you!!!

Lastly - Wayne & Amanda Diamond, the Shepard Family & show crew...you run a great show & work very hard, so glad to have DPHC partnered w/ you all...can't wait to do it again!

**2016 Show Dates** - we will have 3 POR shows, all located in Harrington, DE @ the our State Fairgrounds...all are pending APHA approval!

June 4th & 5th - NEW combined Chicks QH/Delmarva Paint Horse Classic (POR show). We are excited to be working w/ Wayne Diamond @ Chicks QH shows to plan this new format. Great opportunity for those interested in showing your double registered horses!

August 13th & 14th: DPHC Summer Sizzler (POR)

September 10th & 11th: DPHC Fall Futurity (POR)
