I invite you to attend this free self-defense class put on by the karate school I attend. It's at the parks and rec building right behind the shop. I will be there! I hope you will be too 🙂

June 13, 2026 we are holding a Free Basic Karate and Self Defense class at West Hanover Township from 12 to 2 pm for ages 8 to adult. Let us know if you would like to attend. Also if you have any friends who might like to join us please let them know. Should be fun!!

It's skunk season! I just wanted to share skunk protocol with y'all. The key thing is do not wash your dog before using the baking soda and peroxide treatment! Once you get your dog wet, the hair follicles will open and absorb the skunk oil and you'll never get it out 🤢🦨
