We are pleased to announce another upcoming adoption event hosted by Pet Supplies Plus!! Come join us for our next adoption event on July 12, 2025 from 12-4pm. As always, we will run a special - spend $25 in store and get $50 off the adoption fee!! (Normally $150.00 - this adoption fee includes spay neuter, microchipped, treated for worms and fleas on intake, tested for FIV and FeLV, and vaccinated. Adoption fees are tax deductible as we are a registered 501(c)(3) as well as any donations) If you are interested in adopting a kitty and spend $25 in store before the event, bring your receipt (or a pic of one - must be between July 1st - July 12th) and we will honor our special!! Pics of some of the kitties we have available. Don’t see what you are looking for? PM us and we will let you know what we have. We do not bring all our kitties to the adoption events. It’s kitten season and they need homes and vetting!! If anyone can make a tax deductible donation to us it would really be a blessing!! To get one kitty done, on average for everything, it’s around $145. per kitty and it included spay/neuter, FVRCP, Rabies, Microchipping, SNAP testing, and pain meds. I’ll attach an invoice in comment sections with the total for the 5 cats/kittens we just had done.

***UPDATE*** Smudge developed an infection in her uterus most likely from the stillborn baby. She started bleeding again and they said her uterus has to come out, but they couldnt promise that the babies would make it. Once they got the babies out (there were 2), one was stillborn - there was f***l matter in the sac and most dont survive that. The other one was barely alive and they tried to save it but it passed. Smudge is restinf comfortably and will stay the night. Shes on antibiotics for the infection and pain meds.

Our rescue needs your help!! We are asking for donations for a pregnant cat who went into labor this morning. She had one stillborn kitten and was bleeding profusely. We put her in a carrier and brought her to the vet. We need donations to help pay for Smudges care. I’ve included the estimate which includes everything including an emergency C-section if  needed . When we left the vets office, they said that the bleeding had stopped that they did an ultrasound and her babies do have a heartbeat and they believe that she could deliver naturally but gave us an estimate based on worst case scenario, which includes a hospital stay and a C-section. I understand times are tough so if you can’t donate, can you please share this and pass it along if you can donate any amount is helpful please we just wanna save Smudge and her babies. Please help!! Panda was rescued back in July and we desperately need donations to get his eyes removed. He is completely blind and sometimes blood comes from his eyes. Most vets charge $1000. per eye but we have a vet offering to do it for $500 for both. All of our expenses are paid for out of our pockets for the daily care of our rescue animals. All donations are tax deductible as we are a 501(c)(3) rescue. Will you please help us? Thank you in advance!!

It’s been a week since we picked up my baby Maverick from the ER Vet. He needed to go back and get staples because his trach hole wasn’t closing properly. He’s so freaking cute and I don’t mind the extra work taking care of him. It’s so hard to believe that as big as he is, he’s still a “baby” that needs love and comfort. Keeping him in his isolation pen breaks my heart but is so important - that’s why he has his giant Lamby Chop to keep him company and comfort him and a kitty friend 🐶🐾💕

Update on the blind kitty and his sibling that I fostered for another rescue : Panda Bear is doing well and is more or less a regular cat - he makes his way around with a few bumps into things around. His brother, Cremesicle is doing fine. I’ll post before and after pics of the now healthy babies 🐈‍⬛🐾💕 now if I can just keep them out of my plants lol

Last night, I went to pick up a baby kitten. I saw a FB post and thought if this baby doesn’t get help, it’s going to die. When I got to the location, there were 2 kittens, although one wasn’t in as bad a shape as the other. In rescue, we never plan for this but we can’t walk away from them - leaving them to die and suffer. I know times are tough but if you can spare anything to help cover costs to the vet care or supplies needed, it would be appreciated. I started my own rescue and the thing I need most is funds for vaccines, spay/neutering, and flea and deworming treatment - I, like most rescues, put most of the cost of food, litter, supplies, etc out of our own pockets. The kittens I went and rescued last night are for another rescue but they need extensive vet care. The black and white one is so tiny, skin and bones, and if he survives will probably need both eyes removed. I honestly don’t know how any decent human being can allow this to happen or get this bad. Please DM me if you would like to donate and which rescue you would like to donate to and I will respond with the appropriate information as to where to send the donation. These babies are my top priority at the moment. Please share this. We need all the help we can get - kitten season is killing rescues this year. I will update after the vet visit.
