"The Really Tall Guy"

Specifically "6'7" with his boots on"

This is how many of our clients have referred to Joe Case, the office manager here at the clinic. Joe has been with us for over 13 years.

Yes, he is very tall, but he is so much more. He has been absolutely vital in our ability to provide the highest level of customer care to our wonderful clients and patients. Because of his relatable demeanor and natural ability to build relationships, many of you know him well.

Unfortunately for us, Joe has found a new opportunity and will no longer be at the clinic in a full-time capacity. He might be in and out sporadically as we seek a good transition to fill his large shoes, but this Friday, Oct 20 will be his last official day with us.

Please join us in wishing him nothing but the best for the future!

Finally, we are extremely thankful for out team here at BCVC and we remain steadfast in our goal to strive for excellence in all that we do. Because Joe was so vital to the efficiency of the clinic, please be patient as we navigate what this looks like in the days to come.

Today we said goodbye to our beloved "clinic dog" who over the years saved many lives with her blood donations. If you have been to our clinic in the last (almost) 10 years it's very possible you have met our sweet Candy Bones. She loved stealing our chairs, treats, and laying out in the sun. We will miss her dearly ❤️

Update from original post! The person who found the dog got back with us and let us know it is in fact a male and has a camo collar NOT black like originally posted.

This little gal was pulled out of the flood waters near Old Capps and Spring Street. She is wearing a black collar with no information or tags. Please contact us at 870-741-9475!

As many of you are aware, for the past several months we have had reduced services on Saturdays in response to our staffing shortages. Unfortunately, these shortages continue and we are constantly trying to adapt to these challenging times. Our goal remains to serve our clients to the best of our ability while maintaining a positive work environment for our wonderful staff. After November 5th we will no longer be open on Saturdays. Our Monday through Friday business hours will remain the same at 8 am to 5 pm, remaining open through the lunch hour as usual. We ask that you continue to call ahead to schedule appointments such as nail trims and a**l glands and we will do our best to accommodate you. We appreciate your patience during this time and apologize for any inconvenience this creates. Finally, we want to thank you so much for allowing us to serve you and we look forward to doing so in the years to come.

This sweet guy was found this morning near Silver Valley Road in Harrison. The woman who found him picked him up due to his proximity to the road and noticed a slight limp. The number on his collar looks to be in service but we have not been able to reach them yet. Please call us at 870-741-9475 with any information! Proof of ownership will be required before releasing him.
