PLEASE READ and initial if you’ve seen this ❤️

Starting this year we will be changing some things up!

EARLY DROP OFF/LATE PICK UP-

if you have to drop off more than 30 mins before or pickup 1 hour after you will be charged a $10 daycare fee
-We try to do as many dogs as we can in a day but when everyone hangs out all day before/ after their grooming we run out of space💕

ADD ONS-

We have several add on services that you can choose from (I will add a post of those) and will offer those at an additional cost to your grooming service!

NO SHOWS AND LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION

We will be cracking down on this…. I know emergencies happen but if you don’t call and communicate with me or just leave me hangings it’s just not fair to not show up… you don’t come, we don’t get paid 💔

PRICE CHANGES

We will be increasing our prices for some services including desheds, the shampoo and conditioner we use is very expensive and the time it takes to PROPERLY deshed takes a lot of time so we will be charging accordingly!

MATTING

If your dog is so matted they have to be shaved down before their bath there will be a $20+ fee added…. If they are just matted in certain areas and being brushed it’s $10 every 10 minutes we have to brush on them…
It is not fair for the clients that keep their pets brushed to be charged the same amount as a dog that is so matted it has to be stripped 😭

Last night our girl Kate crossed the rainbow bridge…. She’s up there catching cows and stealing snacks as we speak ❤️

13 years…she’s been with us through the good and the bad, Zach’s shadow and every kids best friend…

Life is to short for these sweet loyal animals, why can’t they just live a little longer …💔

Hug your pups extra tight and do everything you can with them until they just can’t anymore ❤️
