🌟 Exciting News from Tiny Tails Lodge! 🌟

I’m thrilled to announce that I am expanding to offer LIMITED hosting for toy dogs starting this later this fall! Don’t worry—my feline guests will continue to enjoy their peaceful retreat, free from the sounds and smells of dogs. My toy dog guests will enjoy the same exceptional care and attention I give my kitty guests with a few special twists designed just for them. With a lifetime of experience caring for toy dogs, I’m dedicated to providing the same level of care for pint-sized puppy guests as I do for my kitty guests. Stay tuned—the reservation books will open soon for stays starting in November.

Meet Max! 🐾 As you can see, when Max first arrived, he was a bundle of nerves, hiding away in his Kitty Kasa and very unsure of his new surroundings. His eyes were saucers! But with some extra love and patience, Max has come out of his shell and is now even enjoying his stay! 😻 It’s heartwarming to see a shy kitty find comfort and confidence in my care.

Note: I know that not all kitties enjoy children, and fully respect that and would never push contact.

That said, these were some my favorite moments this last week. Kitties that enjoy respectful visits from children, get visits from my children. I love seeing the kitties and the kids delight in the visits.

Last week’s guest moments!

Boarding at my “Kitty Only” lodge can be a great alternative to leaving your kitty at a facility that also houses dogs, or at home to spend the majority of their time alone. For kitties that enjoy children, they often get visits from my children (with my supervision of course), who are master kitty whisperers in training ♥️

Beast checked in for the first time this week. Her owner prepared me that she had previously lost weight and was shy when she stayed with a family member. So many people expect boarding to be more stressful than a pet sitter/care from a family member, but not all boarding is the same. These photos capture her settling in the first couple days and they delight me. I’m not just a "cat warehouse,” but truly strive to provide the best care possible for each guest.

Boarding doesn't have to be stressful! Beast was up early today to do some birdwatching. Quiet moments like these help kitties relax and provide important enrichment too!
