🌸 A big thank you to everyone who stopped by the KNOX booth at the CT Flower & Garden Show! 🌿 It was a pleasure connecting with all of you and sharing the beauty of gardening and nature.🌱

From our city planters to the interactive seed activity, the stunning wedding that took place right next to our booth (what a magical moment!), and our beautiful flowering cherry trees in bloom, we hope you enjoyed the experience as much as we did. It was a highlight to see so many of you engaging with our space!

At KNOX, we're growing fresh, healthy produce all year long, even in the winter! We have two Tower Gardens – vertical aeroponic systems that let us grow herbs and leafy greens in limited space, without soil, and with minimal water usage. 🌿

Here's how it works: We start our crops from seed, and once they sprout, we place them in the Tower Garden units. These plants get everything they need automatically – from watering to timed LED lights that keep them growing even on cloudy days. 🌞💡

We’re currently growing delicious herbs like cilantro, parsley, and basil, as well as leafy greens such as kale, bok choy, salad greens, Swiss chard, and mustard greens. From seed to table, it takes just 2 weeks to 1 month to harvest fresh, nutritious produce! 🥗🍃

Thanks to our urban farmer, Athenia and urban farm manager, Anwar, with support from Manny at Micro2Life and Dr. Wu at UConn’s JUMP Garden program, this system has been thriving! 🌿✨

And the best part? We donate the harvest to families in need and to Hands on Hartford. A full harvest can yield up to 15 lbs of fresh produce, helping to nourish our community. 💚
