Beautiful Itasca is a sweet girl that has grown so much in her time at the rescue!!!

Here is a cute little grooming update 11/10: Taskie got groomed today. I just love this girl. As I work and she is waiting for her walk and play time she is always watching me. Turning her head back and forth as if to say, How are you today? I'm fine Taskie. How are you? 💖

She came to us from a breeding farm. She likes when our volunteers come and hang out with her. She goes for walks. She isn't perfect yet, but she enjoys the outdoors and being with people. Taskie loves playing with the other dogs she came with, so she will need to have another dog in the home. A fenced yard is a plus, but not necessary. While she does have some poodle in her, I wonder if she isn't a mini golden doodle. She is just sooooo adorable and has short legs and long ears. Gosh she’s a SWEET one!!!

Debbie has kind of been a "sleeper" in our rescue because we had so many little dogs released from breeders all at once. Many have gone home and some to fosters, so now we are really getting to see Deb's personality and she is adorable. She reminds me of a little jelly bean. She is very friendly, and a bit shy. She loves people and attention, but doesn't always seek it out. She likes to play with the other dogs. Someone is going to just love this girl!

Foster Pupdate: It's been 5 fabulous days since our fluffy rescue foster, Cumulus, joined our household. Cumulus has been reserved and quiet but always ready for petting. She’s not potty trained so we’re putting a lot of time and energy into training her to indicate when she needs to go. We are doing frequent walks around the yard and she’s building up her confidence to sniff and explore a bit. I’m keeping her close to me in the house but she’s been more than happy to hang out in the same room curled up in a comfy spot. She sleeps quietly in her crate at night. She doesn’t have experience with home furniture or staircases and doesn’t dare try them out yet. She barks and cries only when she’s in her crate when I have to run errands. Cumulus will love a home where she can be the center of attention and create a special bond with her family.

This Thursday night you just might meet your best friend!

Fluffy Dog Rescue is allowing meetings by appointment at their facility in Hartland for their adoptable dogs. We will only be taking four appointments. 6:15, 7, 7:30 and 8:15. You will be allowed to meet three dogs during your appointment time. We do require that you email us at: [email protected] to request an appointment time. If your time is available, we will then ask you to complete an application for us to review. After we review the application we will confirm your appointment. No adoptions will take place at these meetings. You will not be able to bring your dog. Dogs are available for adoption at this time, so there is no guarantee that the dog you are interested in will still be available. If we are working an application on the dog we will add Home Visit in Process to their listing so you will know.

History: Sydney arrived with her litter of puppies from Alabama several weeks ago. The pups are being weaned and will be ready to go home soon. We suspect that Mom is an Aussiedoodle, but have no idea who Dad may be -- their breed is a "best guess." They ARE adorable and sweet and have been lovingly raised with lots of attention from our volunteers.
