Our Spencer crew is working hard to get things up and running!!

Until then, please continue to follow these guidelines!!

Monday morning update:

We are working hard on:
1. Getting a temporary office space up and running with phones and internet so we are able to answer our own phones and email again.
2. Getting 2 Mobile RV style veterinary clinics operational in Spencer - we are working hard to be able to see appointments in Spencer again!
3. The cleaning and organizing and sorting continues - it's never ending!

Until our check list is completed please continue to contact our Hartley office:

7:30-5:00 M- F. 712-928-2151

They can help you with:
1. Sick/urgent care appointments
2. Vaccine updates for boarding
3. Allergy flare-ups
4. Prescription refills
5. Dog and cat food - including maintenance and prescription foods

Tuesday Morning Update:

Our Spencer Office Remains Closed.

If you have an pet/livestock emergency please contact our Hartley office at 712-928-2151

We are still working on recovering our electronic data

If you have an urgent medication or Rx food need - (you have less than 1 week left) please contact our Hartley office and we will work with you to get you a small fill, small bag, or a Rx to purchase elsewhere.

We are so thankful for all of the support we've seen already from our community. We are working tirelessly to get our Spencer location back up and running. Wishing your family continued safety as we recover together!

Please be patient, kind and understanding as our Hartley staff navigates through 2 clinics worth of patients and emergencies.

If you had a vaccine or non-emergent appointment and/or surgery scheduled for this week in our Hartley clinic we would STRONGLY encourage you to call and cancel for now to free up time for emergencies and urgent cases.
As stated in the post, we do not have access to any of our software so we are unable to look up phone numbers to contact clients. Once we have access to that, we can call you to reschedule.

We can’t thank you all enough for your cooperation and are so thankful to live in such caring communities!!
