Over the past few weeks, we’ve received several inquiries about Winter and Yennefer and their potential litters in the future.
First, we want to thank you for your interest in our program and for supporting our journey as ethical breeders. Both Winter and Yennefer had wonderful successes in their time participating in conformation and sports.
However, we want to share an important update: both girls were spayed in 2024.
Why did we make this decision?
As dedicated breeders, we believe in upholding the highest standards for the betterment and preservation of the Standard Poodle breed. While Winter and Yennefer are incredible dogs with many amazing qualities, we identified a few faults that we could not overlook. Ethical breeding is about making tough choices to ensure the health, quality, and integrity of the breed.
We are new breeding program that we started out of our deep love and admiration for the Standard Poodle breed. Our goal is to ensure we build a strong and ethical foundation for our program. As well as making thoughtful, responsible decisions. By focusing on quality over quantity, we aim to contribute positively to this beautiful breed’s future.
We know this may disappoint some of our friends and followers who have been excited about these two girls, but our love for the breed and our commitment to its future outweigh any short-term goals.
