Olive would make a great indoor independent cat. She loves being in our cattios and left to herself. She is beautiful, up-to-date on her vaccines, spayed, and has been with us since February. She's not going to sit in your lap and snuggle but she will possibly sit next to you and help you judge people. That's what cats are good at. DarlingtonHumane.org

UPDATE: FOSTER FOUND!🩷
MEDICAL foster needed. This is Emily. She is about 6 weeks old and came in with a dislocated elbow and two other fractures. She gets around just fine and is very mobile. Diagnosis right now is aputation when older. Until then, she needs a quite place to crash where she can be monitored and rest. Her surgery cannot happen until she is about 16 - 20 weeks old so this would be for the long haul, perhaps a foster to adopt? If you are available to help us out, please let us know. There you are, scrolling Facebook, maybe on your lunchbreak, maybe having your morning coffee, maybe just trying to avoid a family member (we aren't judging, extra points if you are hiding somewhere quiet), and suddenly, you see this post and you think "OH MY GOSH THE CUTENESS HOW CAN I NOT LET OUT AN AUDIBLE AWWWWWWW!!!!!! RIGHT NOW AND NOT GET CAUGHT?" We know, it's difficult but remember, you are trying to stay incognito so contain yourself and instead come see them in person and gush all over them in our adoption room! 💜🩵💙

Meet Cloepatra!
This sweet girl is a little shy when you first meet her but comes around after a little while. She hasn't been with us for very long but we're starting to see a little more of her personality peek through. She is available to meet & greet!

Meet the S-babies! Like the K-babies from yesterday, these cuties are in foster care too, with the K-babies!. They are great around other cats, are up-to-date with their vaccines, and have been in a home so they are used to lounging. If you are interested in them, please fill out an application at darlingtonhumane.org as we will need to make arrangements for a meet & greet. Look how cute they are! ♥

Don't forget!
We are starting a new cat enrichment program and need your help!
Save and bring us your:
- Empty toilet paper rolls, paper towel rolls work too!
- Empty cardboard shipping/show boxes. Think large enough for a cat to fit in but small enough to fit into a 32" kennel.
- Empty soft drink boxes. (Coke, Pepsi, Fanta, even beer works. We aren't picky!)
If you don't live close enough or want to help monetarily, we need these items purchased:
- Ping pong balls or hard cat toy balls.
- Pipe cleaners.
- Non-toxic glue. Liquid works better for this project than stick.
Likewise, you can donate the funds and we can go shopping!
