We wish you a Merry Christmas

The Haflingers of Pegasus are always happy to spread happiness and cheer. We gathered them up with our Barn Staff for “Good tidings we bring to you and your kin. Good Tidings for Christmas and a Happy New Year!” It was a lot of fun dressing (and decorating) the horses and ponies up for Christmas. We hope you enjoyed seeing it as much as we enjoyed making it. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Stumper knows a few things about pulling sleighs, but he thinks pulling Santa’s sleigh all around the world is best left to the reindeer. He hopes that in his “bag that’s filled with toys for boys and girls” there are a few gifts for ponies, because “Here comes Santa Claus, right down Santa Claus lane.”

Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas

This Christmas Dash reminds us to “let your heart be light, from now on, our troubles will be out of sight.” He is hoping that everyone has a very Merry Christmas full of “faithful friends who are dear to us.” Dash will be hanging out with his friends this Christmas, but he hopes everyone has a “Merry Little Christmas Now.”

These two mares are hoping for a white Christmas, and they don’t mind the snow. When “the weather outside is frightful” they are cozy out in their pastures, with piles of hay, cozy warm blankets, a big shed, and the comfort of their herd mates to keep them warm, so they say “let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!”

Cassie has “been an awful good girl” this year, so Santa is sure to bring her all the gifts she is asking for this Christmas. It may not be a yacht, or a ring, or Christmas tree “decorations bought at Tiffany’s” But her list is full of treats, plenty of good groomings, and lots of time outside with her herd. The Grinch may not have liked Christmas, but even the Grinch’s heart grew as he embraced the spirit of Christmas. Olaf may sometimes not be the most festive horse at the farm, but deep down inside he is looking to embrace the wonderful spirit of the season.
