Our Queen Bee Allie is making her television debut with This Week - Hart County and Beyond tonight 1/9 at 6pm on HTC Channel 3.
Allie is a young adult available for adoption. She has golden eyes and absolutely loves giving hugs! She is great with other dogs, loves adults and children and in uninterested in cats. Her foster family describes her as an affectionate and quiet girl who wants desperately to be with people. She is a perfect house companion.

Welcome to rescue! Straight outta Northeast Georgia Animal Shelter!
PRECIOUS, an older yellow lab who couldn't be sweeter. Precious will be available for adoption following vetting and heartworm treatment! If you've fallen in love with precious just as we did, let's discuss fostering her during treatment!
HOLLY, a young mama dog with three puppies still nursing! She's a "Georgia black dog" or black lab mix. She and her three puppies will be available for adoption once the puppies are weaned and once Holly is fully vetted and spayed! +3, Holly's puppies, are mixed breed two males and one female.
ALLIE, a super sweet "Georgia black dog" who's full grown and loves to give hugs! Sweet Allie was at Northeast Georgia Animal Shelter waiting for rescue since September 2023. Once fully vetted she will be available for adoption, but if you're interested in fostering she's available now!
JACK, a gentle male "Georgia black dog" with the sweetest eyes! He's lovable, good with other dogs, and enjoys the company of all people. He's available for foster then adoption after neuter!
SISSY, a smaller and older black lab mix is 9yrs old and was an owner surrender to Northeast Georgia Animal Shelter where she quickly became a staff favorite. She is great with other dogs, loves meal time, and is already crate/house trained! Sissy is a sweet, gentle girl ready to curl up beside you on the couch!
And last but not least, TAYLOR SWIFT! A 6 month old, female German Shepherd/Husky mix full of energy, spunk, and smarts. Taylor is working on building her confidence but is so so smart! Taylor has great recall already and is learning that life is great outside of the kennel. Her intake to NEGAS was 9/6/24 and we can't believe no one scooped this sweet girl up!
We are SO glad to get these 9 pups to safety in rescue just in time for Christmas! We couldn't do it without your continued support. If you've considered fostering in the past, now is a GREAT time to start the discussion!
AVA HAS LEFT THE BUILDING!
Sweet AVA has found her forever home just in time for Christmas! There wasn't a dry eye in the house and Ava's smile says it all. After waiting so patiently for so long, she will be dearly missed by all but this is the happiest kind of goodbye!
