📣 ATTENTION 📣

For those who are staying in an RV/trailer, Double J will be shutting the water off, to campsites only, NOT THE BARN, around 9:00pm, due to the temperature for the overnight.

Please fill your water tanks upon arriving.

Again, it is the RV water ONLY. The barn will not be turned off.

Lenell Dean with Cowboy Live Productions is making sure the ground is going to be 💨 Fun fact Lenell is known for making the ground smoking fast. The last time he worked the ground an arena record with a smokin 14.4 was run. Thanks Lenell for the hard work.

Stall and RV assignments have been published. I am providing a picture of the barn and RV layout for convienience, but you can find the assignments on Saddlebook.

Please note that all stalls are in barn B. Please do not place your horses in barn A for any reason without speaking to the show office as the facility has personal horses in barn A.

Also for those coming in for the day that did not purchase stalls absolutely NO tying horses to unused stalls. The facility will ask you to move.

The front of barn is on the arena side. Stall numbers should be marked clearly on the stalls.

I did my best to accomodate all special request if I missed one please let me know I will do my best to correct!

📣 P A R K I N G 📣

While the vast majority of us have been to Double J, for the ones that have not, here is the parking set up. There is PLENTY of parking, but just a few things to remember:

🛑 Absolutely NO parking along the arena, second barrel side. That is reserved for vendors. 🛑

🚨 DO NOT for any circumstances, hook up power to any barns, or outlets that are not designated RV spots that you've paid for.

📣 Please keep all the roads clear for traffic. Please refrain from parking on the sides of barns unless you're loading or unloading.

⚡️ Please stop by the show office with any questions or concerns. The office is located just on the other side of the "spectator parking".

We really appreciate you all helping us keep the parking organized and understanding. Please be courteous of others around you.

We can't wait to see you there!!

We are just three days away from the start of a fun weekend of running some horses, and cheering on our awesome kiddos!

Just a few reminders:

●Get entered by Thursday, Dec. 5 at 8:00pm to be in the pre-draw!
●You can enter ALL classes until the first horse runs in that respective class.
●Slot Race and Mini Highstakes are FULL WESTERN ATTIRE.
●If your child(ren) are entered in the Mini Highstakes, they can NOT ENTER ANY OTHER CLASS (please don't make us police this).
●Do NOT park in any RV spots you did not pay for, or do not intend to pay for.
●Exhibitions are cash only. If you're going slow, please prepare to double up.

🤑We have over $1,800 in added money for the weekend!!

🔥$200 Added to the youth (jackpot) on Saturday
