Quick Steps to a successful booking! We have questions all the time about how long to book, and confirmations. Here are some quick tips to help you book your first appointment.
1. For planning
purposes, we consider a small dog to be 30 pounds and under.
2. One small dog will usually take about 30 minutes to bathe, 1 hour for haircut and bath
3. One medium dog (up to 50 pounds) with short and/or straight hair will usually take 1 hour for a haircut and bath.
4. One large dog (over 50 pounds) with short hair will usually take 1 1/2 hours for a haircut and bath.
5. For more than one dog, multiply our planning time by the number of dogs being groomed.
6. We typically ask for 3 to 4 hours from dropoff to pickup so that we have plenty of drying time. This prevents odors and messes and
allows us to style more accurately to give you a better looking fur-baby for the ride home.
7. When in doubt, call or text us before booking to prevent miscommunication. We want to serve you well and communication is key!
8. Our automated e-mail confirmations are sent when we review and approve your booking. If you don't receive it, please check your
spam/junk folders and/or add us to your trusted senders list or contact list. If you experience problems, contact us for help.
9. We send confirmation and reminder texts in person for your appointments. Please respond if you can, and if you don't hear from
us please make sure we have the right phone number for you. We try our best to text everyone at least once before appointment time.
10. Please don't book one hour appointments for multiple dogs, or multi-hour appointments for a single dog without coordinating with us. We want to be respectful of your time and the time of all of our customers. Again, if you aren't sure, please ask us and we will help.
