We are excited to announce our new Associate Veterinarian to the Team! Lets give Dr. Marc a warm welcome!!
Dr. Marc Pagnotta is originally from NY. He completed his undergraduate studies earning a B.S. degree in biology from Loyola University in Baltimore, MD. Upon completion of his degree he decided to pursue a career in the zoological field. He spent 2 years working as a zookeeper at the Staten Island Zoo before moving on to the Bronx zoo where he continued working as a zookeeper.
Dating back to his early childhood years Dr. Pagnotta always had a love and appreciation for animals. As a child when asked what he wanted to be once grown up he never waivered in his response. His dream was to become a veterinarian.
In 2017 that dream became a reality when he graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. Since graduating Dr. Pagnotta has taken great joy in practicing as a small animal private practice veterinarian. One of his greatest joys practicing medicine, in addition to helping family pets, is spending time interacting with and educating clients. Specific interests include preventive care and performing surgery.
Dr. Pagnotta lives in Saint Paul with his wife and three children, and one pet- a crested Gecko named Capone (who his daughter Brooklyn refers to as “her dinosaur”).
