We are a full service veterinary clinic offering complete surgical, medical, dental, laboratory, and radiology services for your animals.

Dogs and cats are our primary patients; though, our veterinarians treat large animals, reptiles, pocket pets, and some birds. The Hastings Veterinary Clinic has been part of the Hastings, MN business community since 1963. The success of our long-standing business is attributed to our dedication to our patients and their owners. Our commitment includes 24 hour emergency services for our established patients; we are here for our patients when they need us.

We are excited to announce our new Associate Veterinarian to the Team! Lets give Dr. Marc a warm welcome!!

Dr. Marc Pagnotta is originally from NY. He completed his undergraduate studies earning a B.S. degree in biology from Loyola University in Baltimore, MD. Upon completion of his degree he decided to pursue a career in the zoological field. He spent 2 years working as a zookeeper at the Staten Island Zoo before moving on to the Bronx zoo where he continued working as a zookeeper.

Dating back to his early childhood years Dr. Pagnotta always had a love and appreciation for animals. As a child when asked what he wanted to be once grown up he never waivered in his response. His dream was to become a veterinarian.

In 2017 that dream became a reality when he graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine. Since graduating Dr. Pagnotta has taken great joy in practicing as a small animal private practice veterinarian. One of his greatest joys practicing medicine, in addition to helping family pets, is spending time interacting with and educating clients. Specific interests include preventive care and performing surgery.

Dr. Pagnotta lives in Saint Paul with his wife and three children, and one pet- a crested Gecko named Capone (who his daughter Brooklyn refers to as “her dinosaur”).

We hope everyone's 2024 is off to a good start! Just want to update you on some Temporary schedule changes we will be having over the next month. Starting tomorrow, Tuesday January 16th until approximately February 23rd.We will only have 1 Dr so our schedule is going to be Very limited. Please know we will do everything we can to help, but we may have to send you elsewhere. We are asking you to be patient and kind as we work through this.
