With warmer weather here, it’s vital to learn the warning signs of heat stroke and to stay preventive!

-When hot/humid, keep your pet’s time outdoors limited
-Keep your pet hydrated
-Ensure your pet has ventilation and a cool environment
-Dogs with short noses are at higher risk due to their condensed facial anatomy and restricted ability to cool themselves

If any of the signs of heat stroke appear, please contact your veterinarian immediately. Tag your fellow pet parents in the comments below and share this post to spread awareness.

Todays events so far. Putting blankets on 12 horses. Gutting 3 stalls that they decided to have a party in last night. Lame horse. Abscess absolutely suck. Poor boy. And still trying to get over bronchitis. All in the day of a farmer!! Wishing everyone a great day!!

Our condolences go out the the family of Madysen Young. The passing of a beautiful person with a heart of gold. She was not only smart she was very talented, outgoing and sweet. Gods speed Mady. Heaven has a special angel.

The hardest thing to do is to lose your ❤️ horse. I’ve been dreading this. Dreamer has been diagnosed with EPM. Advanced. We will give her the best summer ever. She is what started it all for me! All learning and the training. The passion and drive. She was my first rescue. #
